Airport Pick-up Information: 

1. Every day from 9:00 to 21:00 (Please be aware of the listed times and meet there accordingly with our staff after claiming your baggage). We provide complimentary airport pick-up at two major airports of New York: John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA).

2. Arrival procedure for domestic flights: Arrival→ Baggage claim area→ Meet the tour guide→ Tour guide will arrange for the shuttle bus service.

3. Arrival procedure for international flights: Arrival→ Go through immigration→ Baggage claim area→ Go through customs→ Meet the tour guide→ Tour guide will arrange for the shuttle bus service.

4. If customers arrive outside of the complimentary airport pick-up hours, we can arrange 24-hour airport pick-up service for $160 (which include two people at most, $10 for each additional person).

Thank you for choosing to vacation with us! You can choose any one of the major airports in New York City (JFK, LGA, EWR) when you book your flight. Our professional tour guide will meet you at the baggage claim area for the domestic flight. For an international flight, please arrive at the passenger waiting area for pick-up. (Passengers who arrive at Terminal 7 in the JFK Airport, please wait outside of the baggage claim area).

For guests who can meet the tour guide with claimed baggage before 9:00am at JFK/LGA airport.

Today, we will go to Columbia University in Upper Manhattan and take a tour of this Ivy League school. Then, we will head to Central Park, the first man-made landscape park in the United States. There is a park called Strawberry Fields built to commemorate John Lennan. Next, we will drive to the New York Public Library which contains rich collections and visit Bryant Park, an oasis in the downtown area. You may taste delicious cakes and coffee in Lady M cake and Blue Bottle Coffee at your own expense. Finally, we’ll take a stroll in Times Square, which is known as the "crossroads of the world," and you may choose to enjoy a classic Broadway musical at your own expense!

Today, we will drive to Philadelphia. We will begin our tour by taking a visit to the University of Pennsylvania. One-hour will be arranged to learn about the history and achievements of this famous school. The rest of the three hours will be used to visit the Penn Museum which contains rich collections and then we will dine in the campus cafeteria. Enjoy your leisure time at the University of Pennsylvania! Following, we will head to one of the National Historic Sites of the U.S. - Independence National Historical Park and have a look at the Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell which symbolizes freedom. Finally, we will leave Philadelphia for Baltimore to visit the famous Johns Hopkins University.

In the morning, we will first head to the Baltimore Inner Harbor, one of the world's famous seaports and one of the most popular tourist attractions of Baltimore. As of 2019, Princeton University has contributed two presidents, twelve Supreme Court justices and numerous congressmen to the U.S. Finally, we will drive to Cambridge.

    • We have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
    • During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
    • If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. 
    • Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. The operator provides the rental service for $10.00/person/day. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.

    • The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While the operator makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
    • We reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
    • The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
    • This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
    • Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
    • Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
    • Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
    • The itinerary and operating dates may change due to weather, traffic and other reasons during our busy season. Please reconfirm your order prior to the departure date.
    • If the attractions are closed due to holidays, the tour more likely will stop at the entrances for a photo opportunity.
    • Due to the popularity of tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.
    • Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.
  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
  • Please Note:
    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
    2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
  • Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
  • Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
  • Tours4Fun cooperates with top local area tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers. We provide tour coaches that all are insured with a liability insurance coverage from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 to make sure that your trips are safer and more enjoyable.
  • The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
  • This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third or fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check availability at the time of check-in.
* Children share the same rates with adults.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
  • * The final tour rates already include possible booking fee, handling fee, and exchange rate loss.
  • Reservation Info

      1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
      2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
      3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
      4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
