Contrasts of the West with National Parks

On arrival, transfer from the airport to the hotel. Free time.

You will receive information about the start of the circuit during the afternoon, or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area.

07:00- Wake-up call. 08.00 am- Breakfast at the hotel (included).
09:00 am- After breakfast we take a tour of the city, passing through the Financial District, Union Square and its trams, Nob Hill, Grace Cathedral, the famous Chinatown, the historical hippie district of Haight Ashbury. Then we enjoy a panoramic view from Twin Peaks hill and have the chance to take a picture of the Golden Gate from the Palace of Fine Arts. Afterwards, we go to Ghirardelly Square and the tour ends at Fisherman´s Wharf, which, along with Pier 39, complete the leisure offering next to the sea.
01:00 pm- After the tour, free time to take a boat trip on the fabulous bay.
06:30 pm- Transfer to Little Italy for those who wish to enjoy a delicious dinner and visits its bars and cafés, in the Night life district of the city.
09:30 pm– Return to the hotel.

10:00 h. – After breakfast, we go on an outing to the Golden Gate, where we can take pictures and cross the bridge that closes off San Francisco Bay. Then we continue to Sausalito, with its stunning views, art galleries and Victorian houses along the seafront, filled with amazing restaurants. Time to wander around and have lunch. 14:30 h. – Return to the hotel. Free afternoon.

Distance: 263 miles (424 km) Scenery: Some stretches along the coast. If we take the “coastal route”, we can admire wonderful views of the Pacific, as well as hills and farmlands.
08:30 h.– San Francisco – Departure-. We take the coastal road to Pigeon Point where we will make a short stop. Impressive views of the ocean. Note: Sometimes visibility on the coat is difficult due to the mist, but in the event of mist being forecast, we will take the highway to the interior. 12:00 h. – Monterey –Arrival- Time to have lunch and visit the tourist sector overlooking the Pacific Ocean on Cannery Road, with its old canning factories, now converted into restaurants and leisure centres. Then we will continue to Carmel to see its main square and visits its elegant shops and art galleries.
15:00 h. - Carmel –Departure- .
18:00 h. - Paso Robles –Arrival – a pleasant town to overnight. Free time.

09:00 hrs - Solvang –Llegada- . Muy pintoresco pueblo habitado por una comunidad de Dinamarca, parece un rincón de este país Europeo trasladado a California. Tiempo para pasear y disfrutar de sus pastelerías, paisaje y tiendas.
10:00 hrs – Solvang –salida-. Paso por la bella Mission de Santa Bárbara.
11:00 hrs – Santa Bárbara –Llegada- . Tiempo libre para almorzar y pasear por sus calles de arquitectura Mediterránea.
13:00 hrs – Santa Bárbara –Salida-. Bonitos paisajes siguiendo el Pacífico.
17:30 hrs – Los Angeles –Llegada- .
19:30 hrs.– Traslado hacia Downtown Disney. Podrá disfrutar de sus animadas calles repletas de pequeños restaurantes en este barrio junto al Océano Pacífico. Tiempo para pasear.

08:00 am- After breakfast we include a panoramic tour of this extensive city. Tour including music center, civic center and financial center, via LA Live & Staples Center. We continue along Wilshire Boulevard, heading west of the city, past the Korean Quarter and the Brea Ditch to reach Beverly Hills. Continue on Sunset Boulevard to reach Hollywood and find the Walk of Fame with its thousands of stars, the Dolby Theater, Chinese Theater and the Hollywood sign.
01:00 pm- End of the comprehensive visit to the Walk of Fame. Free time to wander round and have lunch.
15:30 pm- Departure from Hollywood direct to Long Beach.

17:30 pm– Arrival to Long Beach Shoreline Village where the palm trees stand next to glazed skyscrapers. We make a 20-minute stop to see the Queen Mary Ocean Liner and take photos and then have time in Shoreline Village. Back to the hotel.
19:30 pm– Accommodation.

Day off. If you wish you can optionally go to the beaches of Venice and Santa Monica or get to know Universal Studios.

Distance: 130 miles (210 km) Scenery: Attractive scenery as we travel along the Pacific coast.
08:30 h. – Los Angeles –Departure-.
11:15 h. – San Diego –Arrival-. Comprehensive tour. We will visit Balboa Park, with its Spanish colonial architecture and museums and then cross the bridge to the exclusive Coronado Island, with its hotels and views and reach the Ferry Landing, with its old ships overlooking the bay. Then we continue to the Old Town, where the City of San Diego was founded.
14:30 h. – After completing the tour of San Diego we return to the hotel to have lunch and settle in. 18:30 h. – In the evening, transfer to the “Gas Lamp Quarter”. Time to have supper.
21:30 h. – Return to the hotel.

Distance: 320 miles (515 km) Scenery: Desert landscapes in the interior of California and Nevada.
08:00 h. – San Diego –Departure-.
11:00 h. – Palm Springs –Arrival- The city is located in an oasis with palm trees and is the habitual residence of many celebrities. Ascent in the Palms Springs Aerial Tramway, the highest rotating aerial tramway in the world, which ascends from Coachella Valley to St. Hyacinth’s Peak, where we will stay for 45 minutes to enjoy the view. Afterwards, time to explore and have lunch.
14:30 h. – After some free time, we leave the luxury and lush golf courses behind us and venture into the desert.
18:30 h. - Laughlin –Arrival-. Laughlin is a modern city on the banks of the Colorado River. Time to explore.

Distance: 290 miles (467 km) Scenery: Desert landscapes and hills. Spectacular scenery in the Grand Canyon.
Note: We recommend you wear comfortable shoes for walking in the Grand Canyon. On crossing the state line to Arizona the time zone changes, and the time in Arizona is 12 h. but in Nevada it is 11h.
6:00 am- Wake-up call.
07:00 am- Breakfast at the hotel (included).
08:00 am- After breakfast we set out for Arizona.
10:00 am- We stop at Seligman, on the famous Route 66. Time for coffee and then our journey continues.
12:20 pm- Arrival at the Grand Canyon. One of the greatest natural wonders of the world and a symbol of the American West. Admission to the park included. Accompanied by our guide, we travel by coach to Bright Angel View Point and then to Mather Point, an impressive viewpoint at an altitude of more than 2000 metres above the river. Free time to explore. Optionally, passengers can take a ride in a plane.
05:30 pm- In the late afternoon, we leave the Grand Canyon and are taken to the hotel.
07:15 pm- Arrival at Flagstaff. Accommodation.

Free day. 10:00 h.: After breakfast, transfer to one of the most famous outlets in the city.
14:30h.- Return to hotel. Free afternoon and evening to enjoy the city and go to a show, if you wish (a concert or Cirque du Soleil..)
