Akin to the Madame Tussauds, the Grevin Museum is a hundred year old wax museum, one of the oldest museums in Europe, that contains more than 450 wax figures. From Napoleon to Zinedine Zidane, the museum chronicles French history and culture up to the modern times with its diverse and creative exhibits. Most uniquely, the museum features a recreation of the murder of Jean-Paul Marat by Charlotte Corday, complete with the original knife and bathtub. The museum's major exhibits includes The Spirit of Paris, a collection of displays on French culture and arts; The Champions, an exhibit featured the great sportsmen of France; The Children's World, which hosts cartoon characters and popular children characters; and many more. The Grevin Museum is open daily from 10:00am - 6:00pm and is located at 10, boulevard Montmartre, 75009 Paris.
