It was amazing we saw loads of incredible sites. Our guide Dalai was really knowledgeable about not only the sites we went to but also Mexico in general. He worked so hard to try and make sure everyone was having fun. The day activities tha..t were organised for us were great - especially if you love water. We had a slight alteration due to safety concerns in San cristobel but it was good to know they put our safety first.Read full review
We had a great day as a family of four (girls 18 & 19) with Carlos our driver. Tijuana is just like I remember it 30 years ago. We went to Cesars restaurant the birth place of theCesar salad and had two hand made at our table. After all the.. tourist Rubbish food we had in Anaheim it was great. We had 3 Tapas, 2 Cesar salads, unlimited bread, four glasses of wine and 2 bottles of water for $52. People said don't go there but we went and had a great time. Got the souvenirs and cruised home. At least the girls said they have crossed the border. Thanks Carlos. A credit to his employer.Read full review

There are hardly enough words to describe how phenomenal this trip was. I've been to Baja numerous times throughout my life but never on a trip like this. My family always told stories of Guererro Negro and whale watching from the shore the..re, but I'm the first to get to go out on Ojo de Liebre and see them up close. In just an hour we saw nearly 50 whales and their calves, and even a few mating from afar! And we didn't just see whales but also dolphins who swam right up to our boat, sea lions, falcons, and numerous other birds on our way back to the dock.
While Ojo de Liebre was the highlight of our trip, every day was spectacular. Ensenada was gorgeous and fascinating to tour, especially with our tour guide Fernando providing so much information about the sites and history. The drive to Guerrero Negro was extensive, but we got to see the stunning landscape that makes up Baja from the giant cacti to the massive plateaus and valleys.
Besides the whales, LA Cetto was probably my favorite part of the trip. I've never been a huge fan of wine, but this place and the tasting have fully converted me. The tour wasn't long at all and our guide was extremely knowledgeable. Took back 2 premium bottles that my LA Cetto guide recommended.
I got lucky and had my hotel rooms to myself and they were great. The one in San Quintin was by far my favorite, located right on the bay with a balcony for me to relax on. All the staff and guests were a delight. If you're not feeling too tired, get up early for sunset. You won't want to miss the gorgeous colors as you walk on the beach!
And the food was to die for! Fresh fish, shrimp, lobster, caught right that day and delectable! I've had Mexican food my whole life, but every restaurant surprised me with a new dish and taste. It's a food lover's must-taste.Read full review

I live in South California and it's my first time to Mexico. We were very satisfied with everything and were also amazed to have met and really enjoyed the company of the other travelers we were paired with.
The drive down was l..ong(580mi!) but very enjoyable. It is a scenic trip and we saw a lot of native species of cactus. Everyone had a terrific time thanks to Fernando's attention to detail, knowledge of BAJA etc.
It's a Eco-tour!
We had the BEST time in the world on our whale watching trip to Guerrero Negro
The lagoon at Guerrero Negro is amazing! there were so many whales playing out there and we were so amazed! It's incredible to be out in the lagoon. We saw many mothers and babies at both places and even saw whales mating!
It's a historic/culture tour!
The tour is very informative and has provided us with information on local culture and history. We saw the biggest salt-making facility on the planet and knowing the history behind it. The winery gave us a tour which was an overview of the wine making process from the old time to current technology way. Me and my friends have learned so much about Mexican culture and their history.
It's definitely a foodie tour! We have eaten at most of the nice restaurants and they are wonderful.Lobsters, local fresh-made foods, and of course wines. It will change your impression of Mexico food.
Hotel wifi signals are not very strong, but it's understandable since we are in Mexico. So, just enjoy the great views of the hotel beaches :)Read full review
"Great concept , good itinerary , excellent use of the time available. Accommodation better then expected , safe travel. Mexico is safe ( parts we visited )and locals are superfriendly. Tour guide ok but lacking in breadth of knowledge and ..professionalism and quite possibly a passion for the job! The local guides at areas of interest were on par with expectation"Read full review

100% One of the most incredible things I've ever done!

"Where do I even start? As you can tell from my username I was a bit nervous about travelling on my own but I wouldn't swap the experience for the world now. We had an amazing group and our tour leader Fernando was incredible - well-organis..ed, knowledgeable and lots of fun. There are so many experiences that I can take from this Trek - ziplining, snorkelling with turtles and stingrays, the Temazcal, seeing monkeys in the wild... I could go on and on and on. The tour is a good mix of culture, wildlife and beaches to relax, and we learnt so many little things about Mexico too because you do get off the mega-touristy trail. We were deterred by a protest on the road to San Cristobal but Fernando and the tour group quickly arranged an alternative and we weren't left without anything to do - in fact, some really great experiences came out of the change (we saw crocodiles/went to some beautiful waterfalls etc). I just wish it had been longer and I've been pining for Mexico ever since I got back!"Read full review
Easily the best trip away I have ever had. The trek is a mixture of sightseeing, adventure activities and city visits, with enough lounging in the sun and partying to keep anyone happy. Our guide, Fernando quickly became more of a friend th..an just a tour guide and when unforseen circumstances meant that the itinerary had to change (no fault of the tour operator or guide) alternative activities and accomodation were quickly arranged so that everything continued smoothly. Nearly everything about the trek was top notch, The scenery, the food, the activities, the stunning Mayan sites, all fantastic. if this tour has any downside it is that it does not last long enough.

100% Amazing trek including culture, adventure, nature, history and tequila!

This was my first trek and I absolutely loved it! Had a group of 6 and I made some amazing friends from across the world - so sad to have to say goodbye at the end of the trip. The trip is made up of Mayan historical sites, cultural town vi..sits, experiences with nature (from seeing monkeys in the wild to swimming with turtles) and activities like swimming, zip lining and kayaking and the balance is just right. And the trip is topped of with the opportunity to relax or party back on the more touristy coastline. Our tour guide Fernando was amazing - knowledgable, organised, enthusiastic and caring. The hotels/hostels we stayed in were a lot better quality than I expected and Fernando knew great places to take us to eat.Read full review
