Our tour guide Jimmie was knowledgeable and provided lots of information on the areas we toured. He made the trip very enjoyable and was very attentive to everyone's language needs, Chinese and English. I am elderly and did not know some o..f the walking paths would be difficult. Jimmie was able to provided information on alternate walkways for the handicap. My husband and I, loved all the places we visited, Luray Caverns, Ruby Fall, Rocky Mountain, the Dixie Stampede dinner, the Golden Arch and some more. Beautiful country America. I would recommend this trip. The hotels where we stayed were 3 stars accommodations, except one which I consider 2 stars. All the accommodations were clean with a hot morning breakfast. The breakfast was a major bonus I did not expect. The Pick-up and return to Flushing was convenient and prompt. We expected a big tour bus. Instead, got a mini van which carried 15 passengers, including Jimmy the tour guide and the driver. Eric the driver is the most skillful and safe driver.Read full review
I completed the tour 82-16761 - 4-Day Tennessee, Great Smoky Mountains Tour from Chicago.
I want to thank you both for your help in booking the tour. Especially I want to mention ROSA’S polite answers during the booking of the tour.
Then I want to mention the sincere service of Patrick, who do not want to miss any details during the trip and also the respect he gave to seniors during the trip.
The driver Josh was also very nice.
I come to know that you have three day Michigan tour from Chicago. Can you email it me.
Also I would like to get your emails to personal address, if any DEALS going on upto October. ROSA has my email address.

This is a very nice tour to get away from the big city. If you love nature, it is the tour for you. Do expect some walking. Luray Caverns are probably one of the top 5 caves in the US, very beautiful, and full of fancy rock formations. The ..mirror lake was my favorite in the caverns. I highly recommend Dixie Stampede for dinner. The food was great and the show was very entertaining. I had a good time there. For Ruby Falls, you have to walk a mile through an underground cave to get there. The fact that this is an underground waterfall makes it special. Prepared to walk some more in the next attraction, Rock City. The enchanted trail in Rock City was very fun to walk. I'm guessing it is about 3-mile long, it's full of things to see. The last attraction the Natural Bridge was a nice sight to see, but not much else to do there. All in all a great tour. Our tour guide arranged the accommodation very well. I'm very glad I was able to book this tour before it ended on October.Read full review

Great 4 day trip away from the city. saw so many caverns and mountains, it erased the stress of life from city life ...everyday. Holly was an excellent tour guide who went above and beyond her calling to be the best hostess for 4 days. she ..is definitely one of the best tour guides i have ever come across and very knowledgable and fun to be on a trip with. Our escort was Holly and she was the best ever. Speaks English very well and there's equal length of time spent between English and Chinese interpretation ( the first time after going to four other Westside Tours). Had enough time to see ..and enjoy the sites. I wish we had stayed longer at the Rock Garden, truly an awesome view. I had no complaints on this tour. Our driver was friendly and courteous and drives smoothly.Read full review

We had been to this trip and it was really nice one. There was enough time to visit the attractions and travel time on every day was around 6 hrs. I recommend this trip for people who like caves and mountains.
