The first and last hotels were not up to standard, washroom smell. The last hotel breakfast was given in a brown paper bag, 2 white slice of bread no butter, an orange which was rotten and a cheap box juice. I felt like a beggar...

My wife and I didn't join the optional meal plans and in couple of occasions there was not any restaurants close by so we can go and eat .
Under the circumstances we asked the tour guide to either pay him directly or pay the restaurant dire..ctly and both times we were refused and spend the night without food .
I travel a lot thru out the world and this the very first time I encounter this type of situation .Even if I was a beggar asking for food everybody will give me something to eat for free and to bring the reason of denial as a business policy and let people hungry its inhumane and unacceptable .Read full review

Seat Rotation is not proper! Two times last seat, two time last two seat and one time middle. Never get four to eight seat. Do not sale to Compas vacation! Tour guide is only interested in Tip only. No better service in English.
Uh regarding about the meal plan as i don't eat Chinese food so if a family is Indian or pakistani or from different religions you should have options not just a Chinese food
The tour guide, Daniel was very good in explaining the stories behind every place of interest. Although the majority of the tourists spoke different languages he ensured that we were informed in English.
The driver, Jim was very good.
Very well organized enabling to see many points of interest in a relatively short period of time guide was very knowledgeable too.Driver transported us safely to each destination on time
- 3 of the hotels were excellent, 2 were average, 1 was poor.
- The tour guide had a heavy accent. I wish he provided the English speaking travellers like myself with some written materials.
- The lobster dinner in P.E.I. was a great disapp..ointment. I payed $98(49x2) for a dinner that was served cold and in a stuffy dining room.Read full review
The tour was very good. I have only 1 complain. During the lunch time we were told to leave the bus and go anywhere outside because we did not include lunch in the tour. And we had to stand outside in hot sunny day for more than an hour. Mo..st of the places were they stop by for lunch had no other restaurant nearby other than the restaurant they had arranged for other people. So my only request please at least stop by in an area were at least there are some other restaurant or they allow others to stay in the bus. At least some kind of arrangement for them. The tour was well organized, hotels where good to great, breakfasts where good to poor (2 breakfast was in the bag..) Meal plan - all you can eat Chinese buffet for all included lunch and dinner, tour guide doesn't really gave proper inform..ations about other options around the hotels or restaurants... The non Asian passengers where labeled as "English people", the English presentation / guidence where poor, would it been a big help if the "English people" would of got an English version print out of the presentation/guidence.. We have encountered two kind of Tour guide and busdriver.
You will understand what I mean when you read my comments.
Our tour guide Mr.Winter and bus driver Mr.Minic were excellent(7 days east Canada tour)
Only I did’nt like; Tours4fun d..irected me first day an hotel.The guide was not there.I had to contact with the tour guide.Another tourguide took us from the hotel following morning .And we went another place to join to main group.Our guide arranged a hotel on 05 July at the and of East Canada trip and following day we were transferred another group.I sent an E-mail your customer service related to this split and requested an explanation.I did’t have a proper response.
Also our tour guide Mr. Jerry Ma and bus driver for Niagara tour were not enough good.The tour guide was inexperienced.He could’nt controll the group.The driver was just about the sleep on the way back.He was driving un safe.
The bus just passed 100m away from my hotel on the way back to TORONTO airport.I kindly requested from our tourguide to drop off me there as I had 4 pieces luggage becauseoff overseas flight.His response was very strange.He told me that he couldnt pass my desire to driver and I had to tell mysellf my desire the driver.That was vey rough approach
My strong advise; please make detail explanation step by step your customer.The passenger has to know what he will experience.I digged to learn all details.
