Schedule is too tight we always end up waiting on the waiting spot

The place is beautiful and the way the tour is organized is very convenient and accessible to everyone. The schedule is respected at all times, the bus is clean, tour guide is knowledgeable, available and extremely careful with the group. T..he tour organization overall made us feel safe and taken care of while allowing us to explore and have fun. Even though it’s a long trip, the place is so beautiful that it’s totally worthy. It’s only meant for Chinese people, I found little racism.the tour guide doesn’t know English very well she told us to report back to the dock at 3:50 n she said she told 3:15. she didn’t even gave us a msg or a call. She just left ..us back n left to Toronto. There was no transportation back luckily there was a couple who took us back with there bus. We had to spent $80 additional to get back to Toronto. I would like to get a refund at least for the money I spent. It’s better you book ticket with park bus than tour 4 fun. Read full review

The tour and the itinerary was right on time. Tour guide and the driver making sure all are in the bus safety.

We thought it was well organized. Jack the tour guide had great communication skills and was diligent in keeping everyone informed and on track. Our driver Nick was lovely. We were disappointed that we didn't get to see the shipwrecks in th..e glass bottomed boat as we were brought there on the flower pot Express and not the glass bottomed boat.. Air conditioning on the bus was way too cold as one obnoxious passenger was being catered to. Read full review
