Call Center Rude, arrogant. Unhelpful, and leaves you no options. Don't even understand what was being said and reacting arrogantly.

Tour guide were really bad. All of them were rude and didnt answer properly. Iteniary wasnt clearly explained and didnt had enough time to eat meals. Hotel near Yosemite was pathetic and unhygienic. Overall it was very tiring tour.

Extremely horrible and poor quality motels, some of the tour guide such as Hana was extremely rude, impolite and does not even answer question, her accent is horrible English speaking guests could not understand, she did not explain the 7 h..ours that we were with him, extremely rude , she was very push and horrible manner and attitude. Most of the trip was good except the last day. Due to fires in Yosemite, we couldn’t visit this spot. Yosemite was the main reason to book this tour so instead, we were disappointed to learn we were visiting a shopping outlet for 5 hours...
