It was good and well organized, but some of the tour sites were not too interesting

Fabulous experience but wished the tour guys equipped with more knowledge not just a driver.

We are a travel party of 15 persons and together we did this review. Wish we could have spent 2 night on the Big Island and also visit the West Coast beaches with lots of sunshine and relaxation. 2 nights in Maui would have been ideal. Woul..d have loved to travel on the road to Hana and see the 7 sacred pools connected by a waterfall at Ohe'o and also see the Haleakala sunrise. We would have happily paid the extra to have accomplish this in more days. Overall our time was awesome and well spent. We would use this company again. Shelly E. Read full review

Thank you for accommodating 7 non-Chinese travellers. The reservation, customer service and transportation were great. Tina was amazing! The accommodation in Hilo was just breathtaking. 5 star hotel with ocean view. The tour guide were fine... Most were exceptional and knowledgeable about HI (big shout out to Phil!!!!), but one did not bother talking to us. The driver who picked us up on our first day was super friendly. The tour itinerary was superb. It gave us time to wander on our own and have the tight tour sched as well. It's just what we imagined. We learned a lot about Hawaii in such a short time! Thank you!
