I had a wonderful trip to Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC, New York City and Boston. Shirley did a great job picking me up at the airport and organizing the trip. Jay, our driver and tour guide did a fantastic job of driving and ke..eping everything running smoothly. You were both so courteous and kind to me and I thank you so very much. "Originally purchased 5-day east coast tour of Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore Harbor and Washington DC. After arriving in Boston to begin tour, we were grouped with others as part of only a 4-day tour of New York City, Phila..delphia, Baltimore Harbor and Washington DC. It was only after returning to Boston at end of day four that our driver took the time and effort to get us to a hotel where we could join a Boston day tour the next day. This Boston day tour did not include a Boston harbor cruise that would have been available with the originally booked tour. Our driver/tour guide was friendly and knew the streets of each city very well, but his English still needs much work. Thankfully my wife and mother-in-law are Chinese, so at least they could understand everything that he said. Update 7/30/2014: It turned out that our originally booked tour was actually a 4-day tour plus a day tour of Boston. As a result, our time in Boston was less than it would have been if it had been part of the 5-day tour. So we did not have opportunity for the Boston harbor cruise. Way too much of the tour time was spent just getting to Harvard and MIT campuses. Part of this was due to on-going construction; perhaps the daily itinerary could be changed to allow for this. The bus driver/tour guide spoke English very well, but his knowledge of American history was a little weak. The bus driver/tour guide for the 4-day tour was friendly, helpful and knew the various routes very well. But his ""bilingual"" skills need improvement; specifically his English. However, my wife and mother-in-law are Chinese, so they were able to understand everything he said. For most stops on the tour, enough time is allowed for a basic ""walk-through""; but you must keep moving. If you want to spend extended time at any location, will need to return on your own at another time. Even without any prolonged traffic jams along the way, need at least 9 hours on the bus between Boston and Washington DC or vice versa." Read full review
