Q: i'll be arriving in LA on Nov 13 but i'm planning to get the tour code USLA2-131 for $788 but when i check on the date and price, it cost me $1058, what's the right price coz i'm travelling alone? and also how about the room? can i stay alone or with another tourist? if alone in the room do i have to pay extra? do we have time to shop in the outlet? how long will it be?

The tour reservation price will be $1058.00 for a single traveler for the Nov 13 departure. You can request for a travel companion when booking, to get a lower price, but please note that we cannot guarantee finding a travel companion for you. You can also post a request online to try and get a travel companion to book the tour with you:

For tour USLA2-131, we do not offer the option for you to go to the west rim. And if you join USLA5-3134, you can choose to go to south rim or west rim when making reservation, and the choice won't affect your schedule of going to the outlet.

Usually, we recommend customer make the reservation 2-4 weeks prior to departure date. This way we can secure your seats for your reservation as soon as possible. Many times our tours can become sold out. Tours that may show availablility online, can easily become sold out, depending on when the full payment for the reservation has been made. We will update the information of first night hotel on the E-Ticket. As for insurance, please check out the link for further information.

The hotels cannot be confirmed at this time for a tour departing on November 11, that is to say the hotels are subject to change. For the most part the hotels will remain the same unless there are issues with availability, at which case a similar quality hotel will be substituted. Please note that full payment must be received before we can begin processing your tour, so full payment is require at the time of booking.

Please note that there are a number of outlets in the Barstow area, however your first stop at the outlet is usually a small stop-over for lunch and a restroom break. Time for shopping will be allotted for your second visit to the outlet. Thank you for taking time to notify us of a potential error but at this time the tour itinerary is correct.

The Barstoy outlet stop on the way up is usually just for a quick snack/ bathroom break, and the real shopping stop is scheduled on the way down from Las Vegas.

If you have 4 persons in the group and book one room during the trip, and make no hotel upgrade and can arrive at the airport from 8:30am to 10:30pm, then just as what our system will quote when you fulfill those participantion information in the "Easy Book", the tour price is $2,615.00. The admission to Disney or Adventure and nine nights' hotel accomadation are included in that price and ; actually you can click the "Pricing" to find the details of "Includes and Excludes".
