The flight departs from Grand Canyon Helicopters Heliport at Grand Canyon South Rim.
- Passengers are requested to arrive at the Grand Canyon National Park Airport on their own, 45 minutes.
prior to the departure for check-in.

Pick up times:
Morning to Before Noon (5AM-11AM)
Noon to Late Afternoon (12:00PM-5:00PM)
