By participating in this sweepstakes, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions outlined here.

Overview
The Tours4Fun.com 'LIKE US' Sweepstakes begins November 14, 2012 at 12:01AM PST and ends at December 31, 2012 at 11:59PM PST. One grand prize winner will be chosen at random. To enter, participants must provide requested information and become a fan of the Tours4Fun.com Facebook page. There is no purchase necessary through Tours4Fun.com to participate. Incurred costs outside the control of Tours4Fun.com will be at the expense of the Participant. Tours4Fun.com is not liable for fees or costs that are associated with this sweepstakes.

Eligibility
Participants must be legal residents of the United States of America and hold a valid U.S. driver's license. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for the grand prize of a $1,500 Tours4Fun gift card. Winner must 'LIKE' the Tours4Fun.com Facebook page.

Step 2: After liking the Tours4Fun Facebook page, fill out the contest entry form.

Winner’s Responsibility
The winner will be responsible for all travel related expenses, including but not limited to: all airfare, document fees, postage and handling, visa (if applicable), all expenses during travel, pre travel, and post travel. Tours4Fun.com is not responsible for any travel planning or associated costs. The tour chosen is subject to terms and conditions of the tour operator. Tours4Fun.com is a reseller of tours and travel, not the tour operator. Winner must comply with Tours4Fun’s
Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Customer Agreement before making a reservation. Tours4Fun.com is not responsible for any travel related incidences including but not limited to: trip cancellation, itinerary design, rescheduling, tour quality, tour employees, or the actions of any persons while on the tour. By participating in this sweepstakes, you are agreeing to be subscribed to our electronic newsletter to receive promotion offers. Tours4Fun.com adheres to strict privacy laws and your information is not sold to private third party marketers. Winner must provide personal detail as reasonably requested by Tours4Fun.com to do so. Failure to comply will result in disqualification from contest.

Health and Safety
By entering a Tours4Fun.com competition you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You confirm and warrant that to the best of your knowledge your general state of health is good and you have no medical condition that could be adversely affected by strenuous exercise or any of the events or activities planned or reasonably expected to be involved in the competition. You agree to co-operate and comply with all reasonable requests of Tours4Fun.com and its agents and employees (in particular with respect to health and safety) in connection with the competition and its broadcast. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure your own health and safety. Any conduct or behavior, act or conduct by you that Tours4Fun.com considers to pose any medical, security or safety risk will lead to your immediate disqualification (including without limitation, any abusive behavior, physical or verbal). All activities are undertaken at your own risk. Tours4Fun.com reserves the right to forfeit your place in the Contest or the Prize (without liability or compensation) if, in its opinion, you may expose yourself or others to risk of illness or injury, or to the cancellation, disruption or curtailment of the contest.

Prizes
All prizes must be collected within two months from the date of winning. After that time, unclaimed prizes will be deemed null and void. Tours4Fun.com will not notify winners of the time remaining. It is the sole responsibility of winners to collect their prize. In order to verify identification, the winner must fill out a Credit Card Holder Verification Form. This is for identification purposes only, the winner’s credit card will not be charged. Where a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with at the absolute discretion of Tours4Fun.com. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner and Tours4Fun.com excludes all warranties in connection with any prize. Tours4Fun.com is not liable for any costs relating to the collection of prizes or/and add-on required i.e. travel documents, transportation to airport, etc. Prizes are not transferable, must (where applicable) be used on the dates specified and may not be redeemed for cash. If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after all reasonable efforts having been made by Tours4Fun.com, then Tours4Fun.com may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so. Entry costs (where applicable) are as advertised. Where prizes are to be provided by a third party then the winner(s) will be required to complete all appropriate or applicable booking or other formalities direct with such provider. Tours4Fun.com will have no responsibility for the acts or defaults of any other persons. You must have sufficient financial resources to meet any financial commitment which they may incur in connection with the Prize beyond those included in the Prize itself. All travel, holiday, health or insurance shall be the responsibility of the prize winner(s) and not Tours4Fun.com.

Publicity
Tours4Fun.com may publicize, broadcast or otherwise disclose a competitor's name, character, likeness, statements or any recording of his or her voice in advertising or promotional activities concerning a specific contest, or Tours4Fun.com contests generally. Tours4Fun.com may promote or advertise that a winner has won a contest.

A winner will be chosen at random on January 2, 2013 and will be contacted via email. Winner will be able to choose any date that is offered. Date change or rescheduling is subject to penalties and fees from the tour operator.
The grand prize of a $1,500 Tours4Fun gift card is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the winner. Prize has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, or gifted to someone else. Prize must be redeemed by March 2, 2012 and is subject to tour availability. Winner is responsible for appropriate planning. Tours4Fun.com may change these General Contest Terms and Conditions at any time.
