Bilingual Customer Service Positions Available Tours4Fun is a fast-growing travel agency located in Arcadia, CA We are seeking to hire Bilingual English/Spanish or Bilingual English/Mandarin Full Time Customer Service Representatives Responsibilities
•   Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
•   Respond to customer emails, voice messages, leads, inquiry's and questions and answers promptly and effectively.
•   Communicate effectively with third party companies in accordance with customer reservations, accommodations and events.
•   Verify customer information and identify special requests and customer needs.
•   Ability to communicate with irate customers calmly and professionally through both written and verbal communication.
•   Perform follow up emails and calls to ensure customer satisfaction as needed.
•   Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely courteous manner.
•   Update and close any open complaint issues and communicate back to customer or other department as needed.
•   Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer information and requests as needed.
•   Support department goals and cooperate and demonstrate positive attitude towards co-workers, managers and customers. Skills:
•  Intermediate computer knowledge, including Internet, email and Microsoft Word
•  Clerical, customer service or call center experience
•  Excellent verbal and written skills a must
•  Experience in the travel industry either professional or personal preferred but NOT required Requirements:
•  Must be able to type 40 words per minute
•  Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in both English and Spanish or English and Mandarin
•  Must have the ability to maintain high productivity/activity level
•  Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced work environment
•  Must be patient, detailed oriented, highly organized and reliable
•  Must be able to work effectively within a team as well as independently
•  Must be able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday), Holiday's and Weekdays
