How to Find a Travel Companion


Tours4Fun provides this Travel Companion bulletin board to help you find Travel Companions with similar travel interests. Traveling with a companion can help you save money in a variety of ways, including travel and/or hotel expenses.

After your ad is posted, you will receive any replies at the email address you provided during account creation. You may also sign in and check for replies here.

Step 3 >>> How to book a Travel Companion Reservation:

Passenger A has located 2 other passengers that are interested in sharing a room with him through our Travel Companion Bulletin Board. All Passengers are in agreement on tour name, tour code, and tour date, and wish to book their reservation online.

Step 1: Passenger A makes his reservation. He/She chooses the "Share Room" option within the Room drop down menu and the appropriate number of adults.



Step 2: On the check out page, Passenger A needs to fill in all Travel Companion e-mail address accounts and names and then choose his/her own preferred payment method in order to complete the initial booking process.



Step 3: Passenger B & C will need to log-in to double check the tour information (including tour date, code, and passenger name). If everything is correct, they may choose their preferred payment method and pay for their portion of the tour. Please note that all passengers must pay for their portion of the tour within 3 working days of Passenger A’s reservation.


Note: If Passenger A & B are friends, and they find a Travel Companion to join them, Passenger A & B can use the same registered e-mail address to complete their portion of the payment for the booking. Passenger C will continue with Step 3.

Once all passengers have paid for their portions of the reservation, the Customer Service Department will then process the booking.

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to pay for their reservations in a timely manner in order to confirm and secure the seats for their bookings. If all passengers have not paid for their order within 3 business days, the booking will be automatically cancelled within the system and Tours4Fun will not be responsible for the cancellation due to partial or non-payment. Tours4Fun will only process and then confirm reservations that have been paid in full.

If a cancellation is made after a reservation has been fully paid, the customer that is canceling their portion of the reservation will need to take responsibility in honoring the full payment of the cancelled portion of the tour, as the participating customer should not bear the remaining tour amount difference, due to the cancellation.

Tours that offer airport transfer to hotel service are for only 1 transfer for each way of each reservation. If you should require more than one airport transfer, you will be charged a fee for the additional transfer. Please contact us for a quote for the additional transfer fee:

Travel Companion Privacy Policy

Personal information provided through the registration process will not be sold or disclosed or otherwise made available to third parties by Tours4Fun. We will only disclose your personal information if required by law. Tours4Fun may contact you via e-mail to inform you about upgrade status to the site or companionship program and special promotions or events. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time without affecting your Tours4Fun companion service. This site may use a special code to communicate with your browser and provide permission for you to access your account called a “cookie,” which is only used to verify your identity.

Travel Companion Terms and Conditions

  • You must be eighteen (18) years or older to register as a member of Tours4Fun or use the web site.
  • Tours4Fun does not suggest you post any identifying personal information in your ad. You are not allowed to collect or store personal information about other users.
  • Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account information. We assume no liability for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use of your account by a third party.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your member account. Tours4Fun is not responsible for any loss or damage organized by travel companion members themselves.
  • This service shall not be used to engage in any activity that might be considered harassment or offensive to anyone else using the service.
  • You may not upload, post, email, or transmit any content that you do not have the right or permission to do so. You are solely responsible for the content, and information that you transmit on Tours4Fun.
  • You are not allowed to transmit any unwanted messages to any Tours4Fun members.
  • Tours4Fun is a family friendly site and any adult "Content" will be removed. You are not allowed to post or transmit any content that is obscene, vulgar, libelous, harmful, or hateful.
  • You are not allowed to transmit or upload any form of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising.
  • You are not allowed to use the Service or Website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • International users agree to comply with their respective local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
  • Tours4Fun may monitor or edit your posts, and we reserve the right to terminate your access to the service for any reason or no reason.
