However, if you prefer not to put your credit card information online, you can call us at 1-626-288-3667 or fax us at 1-626-552-3713 to make the reservation with our customer service representative.

Our price usually includes taxes. Gratuities are not included in our prices. Gratuities will be paid at the time you are on the tour. The amount per day is usually suggested under "Package Excludes" section on the tour's detail page in our website.

A credit card can decline due to invalid credit card number, expiration date, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Please check online to make sure all your credit card information is input correctly. Sometimes banks put a limit or restriction on a credit card charge. Hotel and tour availability is subject to confirmation by us within one to two business days after a reservation is made. We will first authorize the charge in order to process your reservation but will not capture the charge until we finalize all details of your reservation.
