Lincoln Park Conservatory

Explore lush tropical gardens, palm trees, ponds and lagoons in the Windy City at Lincoln Park Conservatory divided into the four exhibits of Fern Room, Orchid House, Palm House and Show House. The Victorian-era conservatory, which was built between 1890-1895 to replace an 1870s greenhouse, was designed by noted architect Joseph Lyman Silsbee partnering with architect M.E. Bell. Also look for the Shakespeare Monument, Von Schiller Monument, Bates Fountain and English-style Grandmother's Garden.
