Summary of The Day: Your amazing journey begins when you arrive in Toronto. You will be picked up at the Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) and transported to the hotel where you will check-in.

Our tour guide will be waiting for you at the arrival level near the exit and outside of the luggage claim. Please keep in mind that airport pick-up is complimentary only between 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. If your arrival is not between those hours, please contact us for a price quote.

Summary of The Day: Today you will visit the Canadian capital city of Ottawa and visit its beautiful Parliament Hill, Canadian Museum of History (Admission not included; optional) and the Canadian War Museum (admission not included; optional)!

Parliament Hill
Parliament Hill: Often referred to as "The Hill," this 952,391 square-foot area consists of captivating Gothic Revival style Canadian government buildings along The Ottawa River. Queen Victoria chose the destination for the Parliament buildings in 1858 and ground was broken the following year using the designs of Thomas Fuller and Chilion Jones. Parliament Hill's Centre Block was rebuilt after it devastated by fire in 1916 and its Peace Tower was built in 1927 dedicated to Canadians who lost their living during World War I. It is a National Historic Site of Canada.
Canadian Museum of History
Canadian Museum of History: Canada's most visited museum, the Canadian Museum of History, showcases some of the best of Canadian human history. The museum's permanent galleries explores 20,000 years of Canadian history and accomplishments. The museum also offers exhibits exploring culture, archaeology and more. The Canadian Museum of History is also the oldest in North America, making it one of the best Canadian museums, offering an insight into the Canadian civilization.

Canadian War Museum
Canadian War Museum : Originating in 1880, the Canadian War Museum is Canada's national museum documenting Canada's military past. It is also the home of more than 500,000 military artifacts. The museum includes permanent exhibitions that showcases the wars that have been fought on Canadian soil. There are also military tanks, aircrafts and jets, to name a few, exhibited in the museum.

Summary of The Day: Today, will continue exploring the magnificent Montreal and visit its amazing sites such as the Saint Joseph's Oratory of Mount Royal (admission not included; optional) and the Notre Dame Basilica of Montreal (admission not included; optional). After, you will see the beautiful Montreal Olympic Park - Montreal Biodome (admission not included; optional) and the Olympic Tower Observatory (admission not included; optional). In the afternoon, you will make your way to Quebec City, where you will see the Chateaux Frontenac and the breathtaking Fairmont Hotel that overlooks the St. Lawrence Seaway.

Chateau Frontenac
Chateau Frontenac: Also known as Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, this breathtaking regal hotel in Old Quebec City has 618 guest rooms/suites and overlooks the St. Lawrence River. Chateau Frontenac was designed by architect Bruce Price and opened in 1893 as a luxurious place for Canadian Pacific Railway travelers to stay. Many members of royalty have stayed here like King George IV and Queen Elizabeth, Princess Grace of Monaco, Prince Andrew and Lady Sarah Ferguson. The National Historic Landmark of Canada makes up a large part of the Quebec skyline.
St. Joseph's Oratory of Mount Royal
St. Joseph's Oratory of Mount Royal: Canada's largest church is situated atop Mount Royal in Montreal and is the largest shrine in the world honoring Saint Joseph. Construction on Saint Joseph's Oratory of Mount Royal began in 1924 near an oratory first built by Saint André Bessette in 1904. The Italian Renaissance style basilica wasn't finished until 1967. The Roman Catholic site contains Crypt Church, Chapel of Origin, Votive Chapel, Oratory Museum, cafeteria, gift shop and gardens. It is a National Historic Site of Canada and visited by more than two million people every year.

Notre Dame Basilica of Montreal
Notre Dame Basilica of Montreal: The stunning Gothic Revival style church located in Old Montreal built between 1824-29 was designed by architect James O'Donnell and its towers were the work of architect John Ostell with the western tower La Persévérance constructed in 1841 and the eastern La Tempérance in 1843. Notre Dame Basilica of Montreal's decoration of blue and gold hues and gilded leaves was based on Paris' Sainte-Chapelle and performed by priest Victor Rousselot and Victor Bourgeau. The Roman Catholic church, which is a National Historic Site of Canada, features stained glass windows portraying Montreal's religious history.

Montreal Biodome
Montreal Biodome: First designed as a velodrome arena for the 1976 Olympics in Montreal, this structure was converted into a biodome that opened in 1992 with more than 4,500 animals representing 250 species and 500 plants species. Montreal Biodome has the ecosystems of Gulf of St. Lawrence, Laurentian Maple Forest, Tropical Rainforest of the Americas and the Polar Sub-Arctic Labrador Coast & Sub-Antarctic Islands. Each habitat has plants, animals and climate of the real geographic region. Visitors will see animals such as lynx, penguins, macaws, piranhas, snakes and bats.

Olympic Park Tower Observatory
Olympic Park Tower Observatory: The observatory received the high rating available with three stars from the Michelin Guide for its breathtaking views of Montreal and the surrounding region atop the tallest inclined tower in the world. A glass funicular that can accommodate 76 people goes up the Montreal Olympic Tower's 45-degree angle 574-foot tower by way of a hydraulic system enabling the car to stay horizontal during the two-minute ride to the summit. Other floors on the tower's top contain an event venue and cocktail lounge.

Summary of The Day: Today you will visit the beautiful Thousand Islands region en route back to Toronto. There you will have a chance to take a Thousand Islands Cruise (only during the summer- admission not included; optional). There you will see the grand Boldt Castle and many more spectacular sights! After, there will be a brief sightseeing tour in Kingston and a return trip to Toronto in the evening.

The 27-mile Wolfe Island located in Ontario is the largest island. Notable sights are the Boldt Castle, Singer Castle, Cornwall Brothers Museum, Wellesley Island State Park, Thousand Islands National Park, Thousand Islands Bridge, Robert Moses State Park, Antique Boat Museum, Eel Bay, Rock Island Lighthouse and St. Lawrence statue.
Boldt Castle
Boldt Castle: This enchanting castle on Heart Island in the Thousand Islands has a fascinating tale behind it. Boldt Castle was designed by architects G. W. & W. D. Hewitt and commissioned by rich hotel tycoon George C. Boldt for his wife Louise to be their "dream summer home" on the St. Lawrence River. Construction began in 1900, however, Louise unexpectedly passed away shortly before the castle was to be finished. Boldt was heartbroken and left the palace unfinished for more than 70 years. Today, the restored Boldt Castle and the Boldt Yacht House are available for tours and events on the five-acre Heart Island located on the U.S. side of the Thousand Islands.

Summary of The Day: Today you will visit the world famous Niagara Falls, where you will have a chance to embark on the Maid of the Mist boat ride (admission not included; optional). You will also have a chance to see the Niagara Falls IMAX movie at the famous Niagara IMAX Theater (admission not included; optional). If there is time, there will be a stop at the charming Niagara-on-the-Lake for some wine tasting. After, you will be transferred to the Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ), concluding your wonderful tour.

Maid of the Mist (Canadian side): Established in 1846 as a ferry service, this Niagara Falls tour boat allows passengers an exciting up-close view of the world's most popular waterfalls. Maid of the Mist begins in the Niagara River traveling past the American and Bridal Veil falls and then to the more intense Horseshoe Falls. Guests are provided with a poncho by the Maid of the Mist Steamship Co. as they could get wet. Famous passengers on the boat ride throughout the years have included United States President Jimmy Carter, Princess Diana and her sons William and Harry, actress Marilyn Monroe, actor Robert Redford and music group One Direction.
