What is the difference between the itinerary of tour code 2103-17850 and this tour 209-5715? Based on the details, both tours are bound for the same locations. I just want to clarify the difference. Thanks! 05/25/2015 17:53:55
Tours4Fun 05/25/2015 21:25:29

Dear Marie,

The two tours have small differences found in their pickup locations offered, accommodations included and the optional tours available, as they both cover the same primary highlight locations.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Best Regards,
Customer Service Rep

I have asked the below question before and you answered on 7th March 2015 saying that I can self dismiss at Kingston on Day 3 of the package tour 2103 17850.

I would prefer to book package tour 209 5715, so if I self dismiss on Day 3 at Thousand Islands, where will the place be so I can plan whether to stay at Gananoque for 1 night and travel directly to Kingston.

Hello, I am interested in the 3 day tour it will either be tour codes (2103-17850) or (209-5715), the itinerary plan covers the places I wish to visit Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa and final stop Kingston. I was wondering if my drop-off could be at Kingston instead of return back to Toronto. Reason being that I have a friend who lives in Kingston and it will be my first visit to Canada to see this friend and after my tour I am staying in Kingston. What are the policy/rules ? Thank you. Joy

Tours4Fun 05/19/2015 22:35:36

Dear Joy Wong,

Currently, we are unable to provide you with a self dismissal point location at Thousand Islands without a reservation, as we would first need your booking to verify with the local office the routing plan for your specific reservation.

We would also need to advise with the local office after receiving your reservation, if the itinerary will be Thousand Island on Day 3 so you can self dismiss from the tour accordingly.

Please place your reservation online, and in the comment box when completing the order, leave a clear note of your intentions to self dismiss on Day 3 in Thousand Islands so we can verify your requested information more adequately.

Tours4Fun 05/18/2015 09:49:05

Dear Caroline,

Thank you for your inquiry.

We suggest you check with the tour guide for the time duration at each optional tour.

Hello, can we also book and pay optionals in advance, ie. thousands islands tour? If we choose the hotel upgrade is this a problem is others on the bus have not? Can a front seat be requested for people like me that suffer from motion sickness? thanks! 05/16/2015 12:55:52
Tours4Fun 05/16/2015 14:07:53

Dear Linda,

Optional tours can only be booked after customers join the tour. Please sign up with the tour guide and pay in cash, while on tour.

It will not affect you or other passengers on the same bus if you choose hotel upgrade.

Regarding your earlier request for special seating, regretfully it is not possible to pre-book specific seats on the motorcoach. In order to encourage passengers to meet each other and to ensure equal and fair seating for all, our motorcoach tour seats are rotated on a daily basis.

There is no provision for passengers with motion sickness or other ailments to remain in the front of the bus. Passengers should bring medication required in order to ensure a comfortable trip.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Best Regards,
Customer Service Rep
