Age restrictions

• This itinerary is physically demanding. Please ensure you are in good health and fit to travel. If there are elderly travelers aged 70 and above, they must be accompanied by at least one relative or friend aged 18–69. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to limited service capacity, this route is not suitable for infants (14 days–2 years old (exclusive)).
• For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger.

Other restrictions

• For group bookings, the booker or group representative must have consent from all travelers to act as the authorized signatory for the trip. All travelers recognize the representative's signature on the travel contract and its appendices. If you do not have such authorization, please refrain from booking or signing the contract on behalf of others.
• For the safety of minors, we recommend that they travel with their guardian or a companion who carries a letter of authorization from the guardian.

Group information

• The minimum group size for this product is 1. Once tours4fun confirms in writing, the group will travel by default. If the travel agency causes the group not to travel, they will provide compensation according to the contract's breach clauses.
• Each group can include up to 20 people, including children who occupy seats. If the actual number of travelers exceeds this limit, 10% of the total booking amount will be refunded as compensation once verified.

Group arrangements

• This group tour for independent travelers may include shared transportation with guests from other agencies. Service standards will remain unchanged. Booking implies acceptance of the itinerary arrangements after the group is formed.

Group tour notification

• You'll get your group tour notification by 8:00 PM the day before departure. If you pay after 6:00 PM the day before, we'll send it by 12:00 PM on departure day. If you don't receive it, please contact tours4fun customer support. Check our website for meeting times. The time in your tour confirmation or given by our staff is final.

Single room supplement

• The price is for 2 adults sharing 1 room. Room sharing isn't available for solo travelers at hotels during the land-based tour. When booking, select rooms and single supplements as needed. On the cruise, solo travelers can share a stateroom with another solo traveler of the same gender. If you prefer a private room, choose the number of staterooms and single supplements accordingly.
• For this activity, triple rooms and extra beds are not available to ensure the best experience. If three adults wish to share a standard twin room, please mention it in your booking comments. Customer support will process your request. Please note that no breakfast or bed will be provided for the third guest. Thank you for understanding.
• Due to local hotel policies, if 2 adults are traveling with 2 or more children, please book 2 rooms.
  

Booking information

• This is a destination group tour. Please arrive at Wuhan by 23:00 on the first day of your itinerary for departure. Please arrange your connecting travel plans accordingly to avoid any disruption to the subsequent itinerary.

• If a flight is canceled or delayed due to unexpected events and force majeure, including but not limited to airline capacity adjustments, temporary airport closures, weather conditions, or air traffic control, the travel agency will do its best to assist you with changes. You must pay any price difference. If the new price is lower than the original price, we will refund the difference.
• Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) when booking to avoid booking errors and travel disruptions. You are responsible for any losses you incur due to incorrect information you provide.
• When booking, please provide the specific information in the notes section so that our staff can arrange the items you have booked.
• During your trip, tour staff or the driver may adjust the itinerary due to weather, traffic, or other conditions, with your consent, ensuring all attractions are included. Changes might involve altering visit order or meeting times for a smooth experience.
• If any attractions or venues cannot be visited due to unforeseen circumstances during your trip, the staff will work with you to either cancel or switch out the affected sites. Alternatively, an on-site refund can be provided based on the ticket price in your travel package (not the venue's listed price). Thank you for your understanding.
• The itinerary, cultural lectures, entertainment activities and self-paid events disclosed in the product may change due to weather, hydrological factors, shipping route and other factors. Information released on the day by the cruise company shall prevail.
  
• Complimentary activities are offered depending on attraction or venue capacity and weather conditions. Participation is optional.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances like heavy fog, abnormal water levels, lock closures, speed limits, or navigation bans, the cruise company may change the docking location or itinerary. Arrangements will follow the cruise company's notification. Thank you for your understanding.
• Appropriate vehicle will be arranged based on group size. Please use your assigned bus seat. License plate, seat number, and guide contact details will be sent via SMS by 18:00 the day before departure. Please check the SMS carefully. If you do not receive it by 20:00, contact us immediately.
• During the non-free time, leaving the group early or midway is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
• If there is any inconsistency between the product confirmation or supplementary terms and the main travel contract, the product confirmation or supplementary terms will take precedence.

Travel guidelines

• [No Shopping] This product includes no shopping stops during the trip (shopping not organized by our company at attractions, venues, or cruise ships is excluded), and there is no compulsory shopping. If unauthorized shopping activities are verified, our company will compensate you with liquidated damages equal to 10% of the total travel expenses.
• If you successfully book this product, each order will receive a Pocket Wi-Fi (portable Wi-Fi device) for the trip. Instructions will be provided when the device is distributed on the day of departure.
• Please note that seasonal landscapes (e.g., maple leaves, cherry blossoms, rapeseed flowers) are dependent on weather and climate conditions, which may impact your viewing experience. Thank you for your understanding.
• The price for shore excursions includes admission fees, tour guide services, transportation between the dock and attractions, and port fees. Therefore, it is not comparable to a single attraction ticket price. If you choose not to join optional excursions, you can enjoy free time on board. A disembarkation tax applies if you leave the ship. Thank you for understanding.
• There may be some privately operated entertainment and consumption venues at the destination. Most of these venues do not have legal business qualifications and may pose various hidden dangers. For your safety and health, tours4fun reminds you to be cautious when consuming at these venues.

Transportation

• Guaranteed transportation for tours within itineraries for groups of more than 10 people, with guaranteed one regular seat per person. Designated vehicles for special destinations and scenic spots are not included.
• During the tour, you may be served by different vehicles and service staff. Thank you for your understanding.
  
• Due to recent onset of the flood season in the Chongqing section of the Yangtze River, large cruise ships may not dock at Chongqing Chaotianmen Dock, requiring a transfer. On Day 7 of the itinerary, the cruise will dock at Fengdu or Fuling Dock, with bus transfers to Chongqing. The cruise company will provide transfer details. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Free pick-up and drop-off location for this itinerary: Wuhan station.
• Please arrive at the designated location on time with your tours4fun booking number and traveler's name. Please take your seat according to the seat number assigned by the staff. The actual traveler must be the same as the traveler listed in the booking.
• Please arrive at the designated pick-up location at the time agreed upon with the tour guide. Punctuality is important, as being late will delay your itinerary and that of other travelers. If you miss the tour bus due to lateness, please make your way to the next meeting point. Thank you for your understanding.
• Dam Bypass Operation: Cruise ships may sometimes be unable to pass through the Three Gorges Dam's ship lock due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the ship will dock at an alternative location, and travelers will take a tour bus to bypass the dam and reach their destination. This process is called "dam bypassing," and the number of onshore attractions will not be reduced.
  
  Reasons for Dam Bypassing: The ship lock may be temporarily closed due to safety hazards, maintenance, emergencies, weather conditions like heavy fog, and other factors to ensure navigation safety and manage traffic.
• Docks along the Yangtze River differ from those in places like Shanghai and Hong Kong. They don't have designated walkways or facilities like elevators. Disembarking involves walking across pontoons or gangplanks and ascending stone steps. Staff will guide and assist you. During the dry season, with lower water levels, you may need to climb an additional 20–100 stone steps.
• To avoid affecting your trip, please arrive at the airport at least 120 minutes before the flight departure time to complete check-in procedures.
• Due to recent Yangtze River entering its flood season, large cruise ships can't dock at Chongqing Chaotianmen Pier, requiring transit to another port. On the boarding date, please go to the specified gathering location in Chongqing City and take a bus to Fengdu or Fuling Pier. The cruise company will provide transit details. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Other tours4fun group travelers on different cruises may join your group. If transfers involve different piers, the local driver and guide will arrange accordingly based on the group's situation. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. Thank you.
• Train tickets are randomly assigned without specified bunk beds or seats, and consecutive numbers are not guaranteed. Ensure your ID details are accurate for successful verification, as tickets require real-name registration and ID verification, including passports.
  
  Refunds and transfers require the train ticket and original ID to match. If you have a paper ticket, please handle cancellations at the train station and submit the refund voucher for processing. A business fee will be charged, and specific refund details will be based on the Ministry of Railways' guidelines.

Accommodation

• Most of the hotels at the destination do not provide disposable toiletries. Thanks for your understanding.
• Due to local economic conditions, transportation, hotel services and facilities, and dining options may differ from those in more developed cities. Thank you for your understanding.

Meals

• If checking into the same hotel, all travelers will have the same meal arrangements throughout the trip.
• For tour group meals, the travel agency will ensure the hygiene and quantity of the food meet the promised standards. However, meal flavors vary in different regions and may not satisfy your personal preferences.
• Due to limited restaurant space on board, passengers will have assigned seating for all meals, including buffets and set menus. Specific seating arrangements will be assigned by the cruise's staff after boarding.
• During peak travel seasons or special circumstances, the departure time might be earlier than usual (you will be notified of the exact time), which could result in missing breakfast at the hotel. We recommend arranging a takeaway breakfast with the hotel or preparing your own. Thank you for understanding.

Shopping/optional expenses

• During the tour, you might find shopping opportunities not organized by the travel agency at various attractions, venues, restaurants, and rest areas. tours4fun advises making purchases based on your needs and requesting proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for any disputes related to these purchases.

Gratuities

• If you are satisfied with the cruise staff's service, you may leave a tip in the front desk tip box when disembarking. The suggested amount is CNY 50 per day per person, including children. Tipping is voluntary, and staff cannot request tips. The decision and amount are at your discretion.

Traveler breach of contract:

Penalties for breaking the contract before the date of travel are calculated as follows:

If the actual fees charged to the traveler are higher than the fees shown above, the traveler should pay the actual fees charged, but this amount should not be higher than the total travel fees.
As some travel items need to be booked in advance for this route, cancellations at a time other than the period between the group being formed and 6 day(s) before departure may incur loss without refund of plane tickets, hotel bookings, or other booked items. If the traveler needs to cancel a booking, the traveler should contact the travel agency as soon as possible. The travel agency should help the traveler reduce losses if possible, and refund travel fees after losses and cancellation fees have been deducted. The travel agency is not responsible for further compensating the traveler for any losses.
