Tips for attractions and experiences:

1. On the third day, enjoy a Tibetan costume and makeup travel photography experience: each adult receives a complimentary set of Tibetan attire and four electronic photos. On the fifth day, partake in the Shuanglang travel experience, which includes a set of women's clothing (makeup not included) and four electronic photos. Please note that if you select additional photos, you will need to cover the cost yourself.

2. Tips for Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area:

- The Glacier Cableway is scheduled for this trip. In the event that you are unable to use the cableway due to force majeure circumstances such as strong winds, snow, maintenance, or during summer and statutory holidays, the cableway fee will be refunded or an alternative cableway will be arranged;

- For the Yulong Snow Mountain trip, each person will be given a winter coat (the winter coat is rented, please return it after use) and a bottle of plateau oxygen, which does not require to be returned;

- You can explore Blue Moon Valley either on foot or by using an electric car within the scenic area. If you opt for the electric car, there is an additional fee of 50 yuan per person;

- During the off-season, Lijiang typically hosts only one performance. Please be sure to check the show schedule to avoid missing it.

3. Important reminder: The Yulong Snow Mountain Glacier Cableway is scheduled to be suspended on the 20th of each month for regular inspection, maintenance and repair of the cableway equipment. It is recommended to avoid downtime as much as possible. If the glacier cableway is out of service, you can take the Yunshanping cableway or the Yaoniuping cableway instead, and the cableway fare difference will be refunded for 80 yuan/adult. If you give up the glacier cableway directly, the cableway fee can be refunded for 120 yuan/adult.

4. Important notes for preferential groups: The Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area visited on this day uses the travel agency's exclusive preferential package, which is purchased in advance in the real-name registration system. You cannot enjoy any other certificate discounts. Please understand.

5. Xiaozhongdian Flower Sea is a seasonal tourist attraction. The flowering period is from May to October every year. In order to improve customer satisfaction, scenic spot tours are cancelled in other months.

This is a private tour with a minimum group size of 1 person(s). Once tours4fun confirms the group in writing, the tour will proceed. If the tour is canceled due to reasons related to the travel agency, compensation will be provided according to the contract's breach clauses.

Group tour notification

You'll get your group tour notification by 8:00 PM the day before departure. If you pay after 6:00 PM the day before, we'll send it by 12:00 PM on departure day. If you don't receive it, please contact tours4fun customer support. Check our website for meeting times. The time in your tour confirmation or given by our staff is final.

Booking information

If a flight is canceled or delayed due to unexpected events and force majeure, including but not limited to airline capacity adjustments, temporary airport closures, weather conditions, or air traffic control, the travel agency will do its best to assist you with changes. You must pay any price difference. If the new price is lower than the original price, we will refund the difference.
Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) when booking to avoid booking errors and travel disruptions. You are responsible for any losses you incur due to incorrect information you provide.
During your trip, tour staff or the driver may adjust the itinerary due to weather, traffic, or other conditions, with your consent, ensuring all attractions are included. Changes might involve altering visit order or meeting times for a smooth experience.
If any attractions or venues cannot be visited due to unforeseen circumstances during your trip, the staff will work with you to either cancel or switch out the affected sites. Alternatively, an on-site refund can be provided based on the ticket price in your travel package (not the venue's listed price). Thank you for your understanding.
Tour times may be adjusted based on local conditions, especially for the Impressions of Lijiang Show. The Yulong Snow Mountain ropeway might close temporarily due to weather or maintenance. Your tour staff will make necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth experience.
Complimentary activities are offered depending on attraction or venue capacity and weather conditions. Participation is optional.
If there is any inconsistency between the product confirmation or supplementary terms and the main travel contract, the product confirmation or supplementary terms will take precedence.

Travel guidelines

Transportation

Yunnan features high mountains and steep slopes with strict speed limits. Destinations are at high altitudes with low oxygen. Uphill speeds may be 20–30 mph, and air conditioning might be turned off as needed. Thank you for understanding.
The tour guide will contact you in advance to arrange the pick-up location and time based on your hotel location.
Train tickets are randomly assigned without specified bunk beds or seats, and consecutive numbers are not guaranteed. Ensure your ID details are accurate for successful verification, as tickets require real-name registration and ID verification, including passports.

Refunds and transfers require the train ticket and original ID to match. If you have a paper ticket, please handle cancellations at the train station and submit the refund voucher for processing. A business fee will be charged, and specific refund details will be based on the Ministry of Railways' guidelines.
