Sears Tower's name changed in 2009 and has a SkyDeck on the 103rd Floor that is a popular tourist attraction. It was designed for Sears, Roebuck & Co. by architect Bruce Graham and engineer Fazlur Khan and opened in 1973. The building has 3.8 million square feet of office and retail space.
