This was my first visit to this part of Canada, and the route gave me a useful overview. I especially enjoyed the glacier scenery, and the Columbia Icefield also lived up to the photographs. The route covered a lot of distance, and we appreciated not having to manage parking or mountain roads. The trip gave us a good balance of headline sights and smaller moments on the road. Some optional choices required planning ahead, and I was glad we reviewed them before the trip. For us, the variety of places justified choosing a guided itinerary.

This was my first visit to this part of Canada, and the route gave me a useful overview. Seeing Moraine Lake lived up to expectations, and I was equally glad the itinerary included Lake Louise. Our guide set realistic meeting times and kept the group moving without making the stops feel rushed. My father walks more slowly, and he appreciated knowing the meeting times in advance. It is a good fit for travelers who value an efficient itinerary and plenty of photo stops.

Our driver and guide - Hao - was phenomena!! He was very informative in teaching us local history and gave us plenty of time to explore at each of the sites. He made adjustments to the plans to meet our interests. Most importantly, he kept us safe throughout the day. This was one of the best organized tours we've ever had.and we've travelled all around the world. Highly recommend this tour and this driver/auide (Hao) in particular! He helped us make memories we will cherish forever. Thanks Hao!

4-Day Canadian Rockies Dream Tour from Calgary: Fully English-Speaking Guide | Columbia Icefield, Jasper Skytram, Maligne Lake, Athabasca Falls | Guaranteed Departure

The Canadian Rockies are everything I imagined and more. The pace of this 8-day tour was excellent – not too rushed, but we saw so much. Banff, Jasper, Yoho, and even smaller gems like Bow Lake were included. Our guide gave great recommendations for restaurants during free time. The accommodations were better than expected, with great breakfasts. I especially enjoyed the Icefields Parkway drive – the views were out of this world. Highly recommended.
