It is located in the White Mountains and is a popular access point for mountain climbing. Other village attractions are Settlers' Green Outlet Village, Echo Lake State Park, Cathedral Ledge, Eastern Slope Inn and Mount Washington Valley Children's Museum.

I recently returned from this 10-day tour and had a wonderful experience. Rhode Island was charming and relaxing. Crawford Notch State Park was breathtaking, especially with the fall colors. Silver Cascade Falls was a nice easy walk, and Mount Jackson was a rewarding climb with amazing views. The guide was friendly and the hotels were comfortable. I would highly recommend this trip.
