The two-lane Confederation Bridge was built from 1993-97 and is part of the Trans-Canada Highway. Its nickname is the Fixed-Link Bridge and tourism on Prince Edward Island increased after the toll bridge opened in 1997.

Lovely Ivey Wong

Our lovely tour guide was Ivey Wong, such a great personality and so entertaining and informative, yet still professional. Very organized!!! I have been on tours with a few different companies but I have never felt so sad to be leaving this tour group and especially the incredible Ivey. She made the trip fun and she was so engaging with all the members of the tour group.
