Booking online was simple. I received instant confirmation and a WhatsApp number for emergencies. The tour operator called me the day before to confirm pickup time. The only hiccup: the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes was delayed by 1 hour, but the guide kept us entertained with Inca history.
