7月7号班夫4日游，感谢Joe Chan 陈导游带我们远赴落基山脉，欣赏湖光山色。从温哥华出发到班夫国家公园， 陈导游绘声绘色，把枯燥车程变成趣味科普。 期间因为山火原因有点插曲， 陈导游专业处理，为我们争取退款以及额外行程，全程事事有回应，有任何需求都及时解决。非常幸运能成为他的团员。 最后一天从温哥华返回西雅图，也感谢Mitch的热情帮助，一路畅聊已给乐于助人。

I called Tours4Fun customer service before booking the Canadian Rockies tour. The agent answered very soon – no hold music torture. I asked about the food kitty, border crossing, and sleeping bag rental. She knew every detail without putting me on hold. Even emailed me a packing list after the call. Rare to get that level of prep from a booking agent.

这次参加加西地区6日游，总体感受很好，可以充分体验到加拿大的自然之美，也感受到了各位导游的热情周到的服务。其中班夫国家公园的4日游（由加拿大海鸥假期地接），真的被班夫的自然景色震撼到了，资深导游Emily的精彩讲解又为此行增色不少，她不仅知识丰富，热情周到，在整个行程中调度有方，细致入微，责任心很强。可以明显感受到她是在用心在做这个工作，可以毫不夸张地说，她是我多年海外旅游中见过的最棒的一位。另外驾驶员Albert热情风趣，驾驶技术高超，也必须给予点赞。 期待以后有机会还能参加加拿大海鸥假期的旅游团，还能再次听到Emily的讲解和服务。

We had to leave the tour early to catch a plane. The tour guides had another bus come out to pick us up. Unbelievable service. We were so thankful they could help us.
