The Charles Bridge, which spans the River Vltava, dates back to 1390 and was where St. John of Nepomuck was thrown over the side at the behest of King Wenceslas IV. This was a wonderful family trip. My parents especially enjoyed Hallstatt and Lucerne. The guide was considerate and helped us understand the daily schedule. The itinerary is not relaxing, but the variety makes it worthwhile. We came home with lots of photos and great memories.
