The tour checked all the boxes for seeing Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec, and the bus had plenty of space for luggage. The Fairmont upgrade was lovely, but I found the mandatory 4 optional tours rule a bit restrictive—I only wanted to do the Ice Hotel and Thousand Islands helicopter ride, so the penalty fee made me add one more activity I wasn’t super interested in. Guide was friendly and helpful, though!

Awesome fast-paced tour! Ken, our tour guide for the first four days was amazing as well as the driver who was so patient and helpful! Ken ensured we had a rewarding experiences of a lifetime. We had fun on our last day trip to Niagara Falls. Thanks to Steven as well who made sure that we covered all Niagara sights.

Well-Organized Tour

Kimberly, tour guide, and Mikey, driver, knew how to coordinate the tour so that we were able to see all of the attractions according to the itinerary. Hotel accommodation was decent with a mini-fridge and microwave in room, except for the last day. Very basic breakfast was also provided. The tour guide didn't pressure us to buy her meal plan, but we did that for our convenience. She actually told us in advance that we might not like certain meals with the group, i.e. a traditional Chinese dinner; therefore, we would be able to go on our own. It's a good idea to include a French dinner and a Canadian lunch in the itinerary. However, due to the volume of tours arrived at the same time, the restaurants were too overwhelmed. The food was not good and service was not acceptable. We could tell a bad attitude from local patrons as well as workers at the establishments toward us. We would suggest the tour operator to adjust the schedule so that there wouldn't be so many tour buses stopping at the same place at the same time. We saw 12 big tour buses, the 50+ seaters, had already parked at the Thousand Islands when we arrived. We were lucky that everyone on our tour this time was courteous and on time. Only a few individuals had a bad habit of pushing, yelling, taking too much compartment space that belong to someone else's seats, and using the toilet on the bus that caused a very bad odor. Overall, we would recommend this tour to those who want to see many attractions on a budget.

Lovely Ivey Wong

Our lovely tour guide was Ivey Wong, such a great personality and so entertaining and informative, yet still professional. Very organized!!! I have been on tours with a few different companies but I have never felt so sad to be leaving this tour group and especially the incredible Ivey. She made the trip fun and she was so engaging with all the members of the tour group.
