Wilsons Promontory Day Tour

Departing Melbourne at 8:00 AM, the journey heads south through the picturesque Gippsland region, arriving at the southernmost part of mainland Australia – Wilsons Promontory.
Covering 50,512 hectares, "The Prom" is one of Victoria's most beloved natural attractions and was Australia's first National Park, established in 1898. This pristine wilderness inspires visitors with its panoramic views, pristine white beaches, coastal forests, cool climate rainforests, and well-preserved walking tracks.
The Prom is home to an array of native wildlife, including kangaroos, wombats, emus, and native birds. With a bit of luck, you can see these animals up close. The best way to explore The Prom is on foot, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy spectacular walking tracks. Stroll along Squeaky Beach, famous for its pure white quartz "singing sands."
Choose between a gentle rainforest walk at Lilly Pilly Rainforest or a climb to the summit of Mount Bishop, where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views. The walk is easy to medium graded and offers an incredible perspective of the surrounding area.
