All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00am to 20:00pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
Check-in 30 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
