Q：How do I use my Pass at attractions?
A：Each attraction has instructions on where and when you can redeem them. For the latest redemption information, click here.

Q：When is my pass activated?
A：Your pass is activated the moment it is scanned for admission at your first attraction, bus tour or restaurant.

Q：How long do I have to use my pass?
A：All passes are valid for consecutive days, depending on the duration of the pass you purchased. For example, if you begin using your 3-day pass on a Wednesday, it will be valid for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of that week. Your 5-day pass would be valid Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Q: When does my pass expire?
A: Passes that have not been activated expire one year from the purchase date. Once activated, the pass is valid for the number of consecutive calendar days purchased and will expire on midnight of the final day of use.

Q: Can I board the Gray Line City Sightseeing Hop-on Hop-off bus loops anywhere with my card?
A: Prior to your first boarding, you will need to need to pick up a bus ticket at 777 8th Avenue by showing your pass to the agent. Once you have your ticket, you can hop-on the bus at any stop on the route, any time the bus is running.

Q: Are there limits on how much I can use this pass?
A: You may scan your pass for admission at included attractions once every hour. Please note however, that in regard to bus tours, once your pass has been scanned and you have received a bus ticket, there are no restrictions to where or how often you may Hop-on and Hop-off the Gray Line CitySightseeing bus tours during their route times.

Q: Do I need to choose my attractions right now?
A: No, simply choose as you go! The Sightseeing Pass allows you to experience New York City, the way you want to.

Q: How do the dining options work?
A: Lunch is on us! Eat lunch at any restaurant listed until 5:00 pm. The dining options vary by restaurants. Each restaurant either offers a prix-fixe (fixed price) menu option or a fixed dollar amount off your lunch or dinner. When you get to the restaurant, just show your pass and they’ll let you know how it works!

Q: Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
A: You may visit each included attraction just once. With so many great attractions to choose from, you’ll have plenty to keep you busy!

Q: What happens if an attraction or tour is cancelled due to weather or other problems?
A: While we do our best to ensure that all attractions featured on the Pass are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about The Sightseeing Pass is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed or cannot be visited for some reason, we know you'll find a fun alternative!
