Please provide the country of passport issuance and exp date for each person, names as they appear in their passports, and dates of birth for each person traveling when making reservation.

For Canadian entry: US and Canadian citizens must bring either a valid passport, NEXUS card, or US Passport Card. Other foreign nationals must bring a valid passport and visa (if required).

Planes and buses are wheelchair-accessible; however, due to insurance policies the driver is unable to assist passengers when boarding and alighting.

Each passenger must present their government-issued photo ID or passport when boarding the plane. The name of each passenger MUST match the name provided on the government issued ID and/or passport presented at the time of boarding. As all confirmed passengers are pre-cleared through TSA and security prior to travel, date of birth (month, day, and year) for each person traveling must be submitted at the time of booking.

We recommend that you book your flight to New York City after you receive confirmation from us, normally within one to two business days.

Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances result in a flight delay of more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange your own transportation to the airport. You are welcome to contact our local tour provider to check if they can accommodate your needs.

Each passenger may carry on only one personal item not too exceed 25 x 35 x 45cm in dimension and 12kg in weight. Standard size carry-on bags will be checked as a valet bag. Each guest is allowed one checked bag not to exceed 20 kg.

In spring and summer, wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes. Wear layered clothing in autumn and winter to ensure warmth in colder temperatures.

To protect your own property, please carry all valuable items on your person at all times. Do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction, restaurant, etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any loss or theft at any location.
