Grand City Tour of Prague

See Prague's best known landmarks and learn its fascinating history in just 3 hours! This trip combines the comfort of a vehicle with an easy walking tour of Prague's Old Town. Allow us to invite you to a sightseeing tour of the city that Bernard Bolzano called "a city of a hundred towers" in the 19th century. Let us begin in the vicinity of the Estates Theatre, in the Old Town, which hosted the premiere of W.A. Mozart’s Don Giovanni opera. We will pass by the National Theatre and you will get a marvelous view of the panorama of Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge. We'll see the Rudolfinum, Powder Gate, Wenceslas Square, New Town center, Charles Square and the renowned Dancing House (Fred and Ginger). We'll then cross the Jirasek Bridge and you'll be enchanted by the Lesser Quarter, dominated by Saint Nicholas Church. The first part of the tour is provided by minibus. We'll then start our walk along Prague Castle, where Czech kings had their offices. We will see Saint Vitus Cathedral, where the Czech Crown Jewels are kept and King Charles IV, father of the country, is buried. You can have a refreshing cup of delicious coffee in a beautiful historic cafe in Lobkowicz Palace and then we will walk down to Malostranske Square, where our minibus will wait for us. We next to to Jewish Town, location of the oldest synagogue in Europe - the Old New Synagogue. Afterwards, we'll go to Old Town Square, one of the oldest marketplaces in Prague with its historic Town Hall and world-famous Astronomical Clock. The clock dates back to 1410 with its 12 apostles.
