A note on Olympic period: We are going to run as full a programme of tours as possible but they should be sold with the caveatte that all tours running during the Olympic period might be subject to itinerary order change and that travel times could be affected.

Children must be between 6 and 11 years old inclusively. Children below 6 are not permitted on this tour.

Please present your voucher to the local guide at the beginning of the trip.

Please contact the local agency to confirm your trip 24 hours prior to departure.

Please arrive at the pick up location in advance.

From time to time London experiences road closures and restricted access to areas, often at short notice, so we reserve the right to make suitable itinerary amendments.

For Children bookings, proof of age must be available for inspection on the day of travel.

Unless travelling domestically, traveller(s) must carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when travelling with tours4fun and the local tours4fun Partners. Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is the traveller(s) responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas for your holiday.

It is not possible to make changes to existing bookings. The original booking must be cancelled and a new booking made. Prices applying to the new booking will be the price at the time the new booking is made. Cancellation charges may apply - refer to Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

A good pair of comfortable walking shoes is advisable. Obviously being London, wet weather gear is also useful.

In Spring/Summer, we recommend you to wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes. In Fall/Winter, we recommend layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
