Renters must present a valid drivers license and be at least 21 years of age. We will use our discretion, however, with people under the age of 21, especially with larger groups. All renters must be able to read, understand and sign the GoCar liability release and waiver form.

Customers will need to present a major credit card for a $500 refundable security deposit. An imprint of the renter's credit card, along with a completed and signed rental agreement and liability waiver are required prior to the release of the vehicle. For vehicle insurance, as with rental cars, the driver can elect to purchase the collision damage waiver (CDW) - $19 per GoCar, covering the car for the day, limiting liability to $150.

The renter takes responsibility for the GoCar and their actions while driving the GoCar.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.
