1-Day Vancouver City Tour

The minimum number to operate the tour is 2 passengers.

All bus tour participants (ages 12 and above) need to present their vaccination card or photocopy of the card along with a valid ID in order to join the tour.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
- 72 hours Prior to Departure Date: 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded.
- Within 72 hours Prior to Departure Date or No-Show: Non-refundable.
- Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
- If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

The opening hours and capacity limit of attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to COVID-19. When the operating hours and capacity restriction have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.

The itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather.

In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort on the departure date. Otherwise, we will stop providing services on the day. 

We make every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical problem. 

Please reach the departure point on time and follow the arrangement of a tour escort.

Before doing an individual activity or leaving the group, please get the agreement of the tour guide. 

Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.

For guests riding a 7-seat vehicle (the actual vehicle type will be subject to the actual passenger number), booster seats are required for kids under 8 years old. We provide booster rental service for $10/seat/day ($8/seat/day for Miami and Seattle tours). Please inform your needs upon booking. Please be noticed that penalty may be charged due to lack of prior notice.

Hotel arrangements will be changed depending on the season. You can confirm your hotel information while you are on tour with your tour guide.

Las Vegas Tours do not permit travelers under 18, unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older, to join. Travelers aged 18-21 who are unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older can join the tour, however, they cannot gamble in Las Vegas.

If you need to change your pick-up location, please let us know 5 days in advance, otherwise it shall not be changed.

The prices may be adjusted on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day or other holidays.

We also arrange hotel extensions and airport pick-up and drop-off upon request. Please contact us for a quote.

Multiple departure/pick-up locations are provided as value added options for this tour/activity. Please note that you may be transferred to a central meeting point from the departure/pick-up location (noted on your E-ticket) prior to departing on your tour/activity.

According to the legal requirements of the destination, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour. This also applies to hotel rooms. Violations are fined $300.00 or more (please refer to the hotel rules). Customers are responsible for paying fines and penalties.

Passports with a validity period of more than six months are required for transit to the Canada. Guests with US visas need to pre-register for EVUS online by themselves. Guests under the age of 19 need to submit a valid English consent form from their guardian when registering to join the group alone. If you are unable to entry into Canada due to document problems, it has nothing to do with the company, and the fees paid will not be refunded.

For tours organized by our company and the transportation company used by others, if bus company's operations endanger the safety of passengers and cause casualties, baggage or other financial losses, the regulations set by different agencies will be used as the basis for all solutions.

If the number of participants is insufficient, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour group before departure. And it will refund all of the tour fee paid. The company is not responsible for any other liability and compensation.

Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
