- We strongly recommend that guests purchase additional travel and medical insurance. Please contact our company for more details.
- For the safety of your personal belongings, we advise that you keep all valuables with you at all times during the trip. Do not leave them unattended on the bus, in hotels, at attractions, or in restaurants.
- In the event of theft under any circumstances or at any location, the local tour operator, driver, tour leader, and guide will not be held responsible for any loss of personal property. Thank you for your understanding.
- Late Arrival or No-Show:
- If a guest is late or absent on the day of departure for any reason, no refund, rescheduling, or transfer to another person will be allowed.
- If a guest fails to show up on the departure day without prior notice, the company reserves the right to charge a no-show penalty.
- During the tour, guests are expected to follow the guide’s instructions and arrive at the designated meeting points on time. Any additional expenses or losses incurred due to failure to do so will be borne by the guest.
- Guests who voluntarily leave the tour partway through are considered to have withdrawn from the group. No refunds will be issued, and the company bears no responsibility for any consequences thereafter.
- If a guest fails to appear at the scheduled departure time and location, the company cannot guarantee their participation in the tour.
- All bus seating is arranged freely by the tour guide. In the event of a no-show, the company and the tour guide reserve the right to reassign or reallocate the vacant seat at their discretion.
- This tour does not accept third-party tickets (e.g. City Pass or individually purchased attraction tickets). Tickets or services purchased outside the group cannot be used during free time within the tour itinerary.
- All expenses within Canada are calculated in CAD, and within the U.S. in USD. For guests carrying only USD in Canada, any difference due to exchange rates must be covered by the guest.
- The boarding location is by default the drop-off location. If you wish to disembark at a different location, please inform us in advance so we can confirm availability.
- Self-purchased attraction tickets are not permitted. Optional tours and attraction tickets must be purchased directly from the tour guide in cash during the trip.
- Bus arrangements: Guests under the same booking will typically be placed on the same bus. If you and your companions have separate bookings but wish to be on the same bus, please contact us at least 5 business days in advance.
- Due to the current circumstances, attraction prices, opening dates, and times may be subject to change. Prices are based on on-site posted rates at the time of visit. In the event an attraction is closed, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the itinerary accordingly.
- To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, the company reserves the right to change, adjust, or cancel any part of the itinerary. The order and content of the tour may be rearranged based on actual circumstances. Please follow the arrangements made by the tour guide on the day of travel.
- Please arrive early at the pickup location. Pickup and drop-off times are for reference only. Delays due to weather, roadwork, strikes, road closures, or bus issues may occur. Thank you for your understanding.
- In the event of extreme weather, road closures, or other unforeseeable circumstances, the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or change the hotel for the safety and benefit of guests.
- During public holidays (e.g. Christmas, New Year, National Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, and other long weekends), a price adjustment may apply. Thank you for your understanding.
- Group members must travel together. If you wish to leave the group during the tour, please notify and obtain permission from the tour guide to avoid any incidents.
- In case of unexpected situations (e.g. weather, roadwork, strikes, road closures, bus issues), the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary to protect the interest of the travelers.
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports and visas required for the trip.
- Flight information must be provided at the time of booking. Any changes must be confirmed with our head office at least 72 business hours prior to departure. The company is not responsible for missed tours due to unreported flight changes.
- If flight details are not provided, guests will be listed as "self check-in at the first night’s hotel". During long weekends, please notify our office at least 5 business days in advance of any changes.
- In case of force majeure or uncontrollable circumstances that prevent visits to listed attractions, we will do our best to arrange alternatives or adjust the order of visits without prior notice.
- If no guests participate in certain optional activities, the tour may skip that attraction altogether. Thank you for your understanding.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
