Itinerario

We will begin our Blue Mountains day trip from Sydney by crossing the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, then on to Featherdale Wildlife Park, where we will feed the kangaroos, experience an emu encounter and walk through rainforest aviaries, making a special trip to the koala enclosures for a chance to cuddle and have your picture taken with these gentle creatures. From there we will head to Katoomba for a tour of the resort capital of the Blue Mountains. We will then make our way to Echo Point to see the Three Sisters rock formation. You will have the option of riding the Scenic Railway, the steepest passenger rail line in the world, or taking the Scenic Cableway or Skyway Cable (own expense). Going along scenic Cliff Drive, which affords panoramic views of the Megalong Valley, we will come to Leura. Enjoy a traditional afternoon tea of scones, jam and cream (own expense) before continuing our exploration of this quaint mountain village. Finish the day with a relaxing cruise down the Parramatta River and Sydney Harbour.

Consejos

Tour departs at 8:00am and normally returns at 6:15pm - 6:30pm. Hotel pick-up service is available at selected hotels. The final departure point is Wheat Road street side behind Sydney SeaLife Aquarium Darling Harbour. Waradah Aboriginal Centre replaces River Cruise on the following dates: 25 and 31 December, 1 January. There is no stop in Leura from 22 December to 6 January due to high traffic.
