How do I get my pass?
* Firstly, download the Go City app. You can then use your order confirmation number to add your pass to your phone. Et voilà, it'll be right there on the app. (But don't worry, your pass won't activate until you visit your first attraction!).
* Feeling old-school? You can also print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. (You can also show this version of the pass on your phone if you'd prefer!).

How do I use my Explorer Pass?
Got your pass? Let the sightseeing begin! When you get to each attraction, tour, or activity, show your pass for entry. Many attractions will allow you to walk in on the day, but some need to be booked in advance. Remember, your pass only activates when you visit your first attraction, so making reservations won't activate your pass.

How long do I have to use my pass?
Visiting your first chosen attraction will activate your pass. From then on, you can go at your own pace - you'll have 30 days to visit the rest.

With current COVID-19 restrictions, is there anything I should know before booking with Go City?
We've had lots of questions about COVID-19 during this strange time. You should be able to find the answer to just about all of your questions regarding visiting attractions and using our passes while restrictions are still in place.

Do I need to make a booking before I visit any of the attractions on my pass?
Some attractions have capacity restrictions (or are just too darn popular) and therefore require you to book your spot. If this is the case, you'll find the info you need to make a reservation on our website or app's attraction listings.
