【Pickup Information】
1. Complimentary 24-Hour Airport Pick-Up at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) – Once Per Order
24-hour pick-up:  airport transfer service being available at any arrival time, without time restrictions.
- Pick-up will be arranged to occur within 1 hour after your flight's landing. Our representative will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pick-up time on the day of arrival.
- If a booking includes two or more passengers arriving on separate flights, the latest flight arrival time will be used as the reference for the pick-up schedule.
Maximum waiting time:
- Up to 90 minutes after international flight arrival.
- Up to 60 minutes after domestic flight arrival.
- If this time limit is exceeded and the driver departs, a return trip to the airport will incur an additional charge. – For example, if delays caused by baggage claim or customs clearance exceed the above time limits, guests will need to arrange transportation at their own expense or pay an additional fee for a new pick-up.
- If guests are unsure of when they will exit the terminal, it is recommended to notify the driver only after clearing customs or collecting luggage to avoid exceeding the time limit.
Meeting points at Toronto Pearson International Airport:
- Terminal 1: Domestic Arrivals – Gate A – Tim Hortons / International Arrivals – Gate C – Information Desk
- Terminal 3: Domestic Arrivals – Gate B / International Arrivals – Gate G – Information Desk
- For flight changes or cancellations, please notify our staff at least 3 hours in advance of the originally scheduled arrival time.
- Each passenger is allowed one piece of carry-on luggage and one checked bag. An extra baggage fee of CAD $35 applies per additional item.
- Hotel check-in is available from 3:00 PM; check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

2. Complimentary Group Pick-Up from Hotels/Residences in Toronto – Once Per Booking
- Complimentary pick-up is also available from hotels or residences in specific areas of Toronto, including Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, and North York. The exact pick-up time will be arranged by our team.
- For addresses outside of these areas, please contact customer service for confirmation of service availability.

3. Surcharge for Pick-Up at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) or Downtown Toronto
- Pick-up from YTZ Airport, Downtown Toronto, or surrounding areas is not included in the complimentary service. An additional transportation fee of CAD $100 per booking will apply.

【Departure Information】
At the end of the tour, drop-off will be provided at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
Please schedule your departure flights for after 8:00 PM for domestic flights and after 9:00 PM for international flights. Guests will disband at the airport as a group and proceed to check in for their flights independently.

Note:
If flight details are not received at least 2 days before arrival (excluding the arrival day, e.g., for an Aug 3 arrival, details must be provided by Jul 31), we will assume you will check in to the hotel on your own and will not arrange free airport pickup. Please check in directly using the hotel information on your confirmation. We will provide your Day 2 guide's contact information for your convenience.
