5-Day Mexico Tour from Cancun with Airport Transfer

• Cancellation Policy:
  - 32 days and more prior to departure, $110 USD/person will be charged
  - 17-31 days prior to departure, 70% of total purchase amount will be refunded
  - 10-16 days prior to departure, 20% of total purchase amount will be refunded
  - 9 days and less prior to departure, no refund
• Changes can be made once up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability.
• No refunds or changes are allowed during peak seasons such as Christmas and New Year (dates vary annually, to be announced).
• Cancun hotel regulations allow a maximum of four adults or three adults and one child per room, or two adults and two children.
• For Seadust Cancun hotel:
  - Standard Suite Double accommodates up to 4 guests (3 adults + 1 child or 2 adults + 2 children)
  - Standard Suite King accommodates up to 3 guests (3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child)
  - Children aged 12 and up are considered adults; children aged 3-11 are charged a child's rate; children aged 0-2 stay free, but guide service fees apply to children and infants.
  - Child rates are only available for the third or fourth person sharing a room.
  - Minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old to stay together.
• Note: Children aged 0-2 are defined as 0 to 2 years and 11 months; children aged 3-11 are defined as 3 to 11 years and 11 months.
• The itinerary may be changed due to weather or other reasons, and the specific itinerary is subject to the tour guide arrangement on the day.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
