Cancellation Policy
Once your booking is confirmed, we will immediately purchase your train tickets and Machu Picchu entrance tickets. These tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable under all circumstances.
For the remaining balance after deducting the cost of train tickets and Machu Picchu tickets:
- 42 days or more before departure: USD $110/person hotel booking fee will be charged.
- 32-41 days before departure: 30% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- 21-31 days before departure: 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.
Change Policy
- 32 days or more before departure: One date change is allowed with a USD $50 service fee. Any non-changeable expenses (e.g., train tickets, Machu Picchu tickets) must be paid as fare differences.
- 31 days or less before departure: Date changes follow the cancellation policy above.

* No refunds will be issued for itinerary delays caused by late arrival of guests.
* By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions.
* The company reserves the right to interpret all itinerary, pricing, and policy information. Due to weather, transportation issues, war, strikes, political situations, or other force majeure circumstances, we reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel the itinerary. Tour fees are non-refundable in such cases.

Notas especiales
- This itinerary includes high-altitude regions and does not accept children under 2 years old. Participation is recommended for guests aged 16 and above. Travelers aged 70+ must sign a liability waiver.
- The tour involves multiple walking sections and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
- Due to limited ticket availability, if you wish to revisit Machu Picchu on Day 6 or visit Huayna Picchu or the Inca Bridge, please purchase tickets in advance or contact our customer service for assistance.
- Train luggage limits for Aguas Calientes: maximum linear dimensions of 62 in / 157 cm (height + length + width). Each passenger is responsible for carrying their own luggage.
- The Machu Picchu site prohibits: drones, cameras with tripods, walking sticks without rubber tips, selfie sticks, backpacks larger than 40 × 35 × 20 cm, aerosol products, high heels, sharp objects, banners/posters, and single-use plastics (bags, bottles, foam containers).
- If attractions are closed due to holidays or exceptional circumstances, the guide may adjust the itinerary accordingly.
- Unless otherwise specified, hotel bookings default to a standard double room. Special room or bed requests may incur additional charges.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
