• For one booking with 10 guests or more, we consider it as a group, and request all the service fee and all the admissions or attractions be prepaid in advance. The price is not the final price. We will confirm the final price after you pay or you can reconfirm with us about the price before payment. We will charge you or refund you the price difference. You can decide whether you need Meal Plan and other optional tours on tour, don't need to prepay. If you don't want to pay all the admissions or attractions, you can contact us for quotation about your private tour.
• Admission tickets or City Pass bought by yourselves on other site are not applicable to our tours, otherwise surcharge CAD$40.00/person will applied.
• We only accept prepaid whole admission package (exclude Dog Sledding and 1000 Islands Helicopter), otherwise guest can pay on the bus.
• If, due to unforeseen circumstances, some meals in the itinerary cannot accommodate group dining, the tour guide will assist guests in arranging their own meals.
• All ticket prices listed are for reference only (updated in September 2024). Actual prices at the ticket window may be subject to adjustments without prior notice.
• The age standard for children's meals is under 10 years old.
• Departing on Feb 9th, 2024, only one Queen bed in each room is available for Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac (V tour).
• Prices may vary due to different seasons and is subject to the final price on the box office. All admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees are based on Canadian currency (CAD) and must be paid for in cash before joining the tour. We strongly recommend that you bring Canadian dollars.
• The schedule is always depend on the attraction opening time to fit on, sometimes the itinerary is not the exact route to go through with, itinerary change might be the necessary in that time.
• The Company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary or order to facilitate the smooth running of each tour.
• If the activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure or other reasons (non-personal reasons), the fee for the self-funded project will be refunded.
• The company recommends that group members purchase travel safety insurance and inconvenience/cancellation insurance at the departure place to avoid losses caused by illness and accidents during the journey and to ensure personal rights and interests. The company also provides travel insurance services, welcome to inquire.
• Please bring relevant travel document (passport, Alien Card, Visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting Canada and returning to the United States including your valid photo ID, passport and visa. Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
