• Full names of all guests are required upon booking. Air tickets, food expenses (except complimentary hotel breakfasts), service fees and optional attraction admission fees are NOT included in the tour fee. Listed prices are per seat. Children under the age of three are Free for not reserving a seat (any child and infant reserving a seat have to pay tour fees, mandatory attraction admission fees and service fees as well).  
• Las Vegas Tours do not permit travelers under 18, unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older, to join. Travelers aged 18-21 who are unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older can join the tour, however, they cannot gamble in Las Vegas.
• Guests under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
•  The itinerary will be subject to any traffic and weather changes. Tour operators reserve the right to change routes, schedules, and itineraries if needed due to the weather, road conditions, or should the necessities arise due to unforeseen reasons.
•  Present your ID and the printed voucher/e-voucher to the tour guide and hotel reception upon check-in.
• Hotel check-in starts at 3 PM. All hotel rooms are non-smoke rooms and a penalty no less than USD$250 will be charged for smoking in the room.
• Maximum two full-size beds in one room fitting up to four guests. Requests for extra beds and related expenses should be inquired and paid directly to hotel reception.
•  Flight information is required at least 3 days prior to scheduled departure date. Complimentary airport transfer service is not guaranteed in the case of any temporary changes. 
• Tour fees may be slightly increased during holidays and peak seasons including New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. 
•  Any City Pass or tickets purchased in advance will not be accepted during the tour. All admission tickets are required to be purchased from your tour guide in cash. Attraction admission prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• For guests riding a 7-seat vehicle (the actual vehicle type will be subject to the actual number of passengers), booster seats are required for kids under 8 years old. We provide booster rental service for $10/seat/day. Please inform your needs upon booking. Please notice that penalties may be charged due to lack of prior notice. 

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
