• Small Group Notes: Oahu segment: 2-14 guests per group for a comfortable small group experience. Big Island segment: Due to geography, holidays, and conventions, group size may range from 2-30 guests. We aim to use 14-seat vehicles whenever possible, except in cases of force majeure.
• If any attraction is temporarily closed or under maintenance, the tour guide will make adjustments and substitute it with an alternative attraction based on actual conditions.
• A minimum of two guests is required to form a tour.
• Due to limited availability of activities, we strongly recommend booking at least three weeks in advance.
• For itineraries involving inter-island travel: in the event that inter-island flights are canceled or delayed, our company is not responsible for any compensation. Guests must contact the airline directly regarding any claims. We will provide assistance where possible.
• Upon airport pickup, the tour guide will introduce important information and provide you with your Hawaii itinerary, including details about nearby restaurants, beaches, shopping, and more.
• To ensure a smooth travel experience in Hawaii, the final order of activities will follow the itinerary arranged by the pickup guide.
• Tips are an evaluation of the guide's service. Guides who demonstrate professionalism and excellent service appreciate your encouragement. If you are dissatisfied, please notify our company promptly so we have the opportunity to improve.
• For the above package tours, any unused activities will be considered voluntarily forfeited, with no refunds or substitutions. Please inform the guide in advance if you choose not to participate.
• Complimentary or promotional activities included in the itinerary will be considered automatically forfeited if not used and are non-refundable.
• When the group size on the tour day is 14 guests or fewer, a driver-guide will be arranged.
• Please note: Airfare and hotel prices may fluctuate. Please be sure to contact us for an updated quotation before booking.
• This tour includes round-trip airfare from Honolulu to the neighbor island (Big Island of Hawaii). Tour prices may vary depending on airfare fluctuations. As U.S. domestic flights require passenger information such as date of birth, to expedite your booking, please provide the following details when reserving this tour:

  - Date of birth
  - Full Chinese name and pinyin
  - Mobile phone number
  To ensure successful ticketing, all information must exactly match your passport or government-issued ID.
• We will make every effort to operate the itinerary and arrange the designated hotels as planned. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, changes to the itinerary or hotels may occur. Your understanding is appreciated.
• In the event that inter-island flights are canceled or delayed due to airline operations or force majeure, our company will not provide any compensation. Guests must contact the airline directly regarding compensation, and we will assist where possible.
• Most hotels in Hawaii require a valid credit card at check-in for incidentals. All special requests are subject to hotel availability at the time of check-in.
• On the final day of the tour, if guests require luggage storage for independent travel, most Hawaii hotel front desks charge a fee: approximately $2 per bag for same-day storage or $10-12 per person. Most hotels do not allow overnight luggage storage (a policy in place since 9/11). If luggage storage is arranged through a local travel agency, the fee is $25 per bag (up to 3 days). Thank you for your understanding.
• No refunds will be issued for any costs incurred due to flight delays. Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.
• If any government-operated or privately owned attractions included in the itinerary are closed due to force majeure, our company bears no responsibility or liability for compensation.
• During the tour, if delays caused by guests or other participants (factors beyond our control) affect the itinerary, no compensation will be provided. We kindly ask all guests to be aware of this policy and to be considerate of others in the group.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
