The first-day itinerary is for your reference only as the schedule is subject to change upon your arrival. Thanks for choosing your vacation with us! You can choose any one of the major airports in New York City (JFK, LGA, EWR) when you book your flight. Our professional tour guide will meet you at the baggage claim area for the domestic flight. For the international flight, please arrive at the Passenger Waiting Area for pick-up. (Passengers who arrive at Terminal 7of JFK Airport, please wait outside the baggage claim area.) Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA airport before 5:00 pm will be sent to Flushing Queens. We will provide free luggage storage service, and our guests can visit nearby Queens Crossing, Macy's Shopping Center. In addition, Flushing is a safe and booming Asian commercial and retail area with many shopping and dining options. You will experience the distinctive Asian-American culture. We have our own customer service center in the center of Flushing with free baggage storage service and wifi. We will arrange a hotel drop-off service for guests based on the arrival time and the volume. For those who arrive at EWR airport before 12:00 pm, feel free to take our shuttle to Jersey Garden Outlet (free). For those who arrive at JFK/LGA airport after 5:00 pm or those who arrive at EWR airport after 12:00 pm, we will directly take you to the hotel for rest. For those who do not require airport pick-up service on the first day, shuttle service will be provided at the following pick-up locations (please register when booking the tour): - 9:30 – 17:00 arrive at Flushing: 136-51 37th Avenue, 1st Floor, Unit C3, Flushing, NY 11354. New York Night Tour: Rockefeller Center is described as one of the greatest projects of the Great Depression era, Rockefeller Center was declared a New York City landmark in 1985 and a National Historic Landmark in 1987.Times Square is a major commercial intersection, tourist destination, entertainment center, and neighborhood. The place is also one of the world's busiest pedestrian areas. And it's very charming at night. Go to the Great observation point in NJ, high up on the cliffs overlooking the Hudson River. There, you will enjoy what is considered to be the best night view of the New York City skyline. For guests who can meet the tour guide with claimed baggage before 4:30 PM, or arrive at Flushing/Chinatown departure location before 4:30 PM, can join our tailored night tour to experience the charm of "the city that never sleeps"!

* 15 or more Days Prior to the Departure Date: 90% of the total purchased amount can be refunded
* 10-14 Days Prior to the Departure Date: 80% of the total purchased amount can be refunded
* 4-9 Days Prior to the Departure Date: 60% of the total purchased amount can be refunded
* 0-3 Days: Non-refundable

Itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather. The sequence of the attractions might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.

In the event of overbooking during peak season, we will arrange for you to stay at a hotel of equal or near-equal standards of service.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
