• Shipping and Luggage Policy on Board at Machu Picchu:
  - It is obligatory to present the train ticket with a valid passport or identity card (even for infants and children) with a 30-minute pre-departure at the train station to board the destination of Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu).

• Documentation Required for External Travel:

  - 8 days and less prior to departure, no refund

  - 17 days and more prior to departure, 90% of total purchase amount will be refunded
  - 10-15 days prior to departure, 70% of total purchase amount will be refunded
  - 6-8 days prior to departure, 50% of total purchase amount will be refunded
  - 5 days and less prior to departure, no refund
• Amendament Policy
  - When tour confirmed, $40.00 or more amendament fee will be collected each time for any change with 26 days prior to departure date.

• Non-refundable Items:
  • If you need air ticket, then air ticket can not be refunded once confirmed;
  • Hotel extention, admission ticket and citypass, once confiremd, no refund.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
