[Pickup Information]
1. Complimentary 24-Hour Pick-Up Service at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) – Limited to Once Per Order
- 24-hour pick-up: airport transfer service is available regardless of the flight arrival time - pick-up will be arranged at any time.
- The pick-up will be coordinated to occur within 1 hour after your flight's actual arrival time. Our staff will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pick-up time on the day of arrival.
- If an order includes two or more passengers arriving on different flights, the latest flight arrival time will be used as the reference for the pick-up schedule.
Waiting time for pick-up: up to 90 minutes after the arrival of international flights, and up to 60 minutes after the arrival of domestic flights. If the time limit is exceeded and the driver departs, a re-dispatch will incur an additional fee.
- For example, if delays occur due to baggage claim or customs clearance, and guests exceed the waiting period, they will be responsible for arranging their own transportation or paying for a new pick-up service.
- If guests are unsure when they will exit the terminal, we recommend notifying the driver only after clearing customs or collecting luggage to avoid exceeding the waiting time limit.
Airport meeting points at Toronto Pearson International Airport:
- Terminal 1: Domestic Arrivals – Gate A – Tim Hortons / International Arrivals – Gate C – Information Desk
- Terminal 3: Domestic Arrivals – Gate B / International Arrivals – Gate G – Information Desk
- For flight changes or cancellations, please notify our staff at least 3 hours before the originally scheduled arrival time.
- Each person is allowed one carry-on and one checked bag. A surcharge of CAD$35 applies for each additional piece of luggage.
- Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM; check-out is required before 11:00 AM.

2. Complimentary Pick-Up from Hotels/Residences in the Greater Toronto Area – Limited to Once Per Order
- Pick-up service is available from hotels or residences in designated areas of Toronto, including Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, and North York. The exact pick-up time will be arranged by our company.
- For pick-up from other areas, please contact customer service to confirm availability.

3. For Pick-Up from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), Downtown Toronto, or Surrounding Areas
- A transportation surcharge of CAD$100 per order will apply, as these locations are not eligible for complimentary transfer service.

[Departure Information]
At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Please arrange for flights departing after 20:00 in the evening. During the return journey, the group will disband at the airport, and guests are required to handle their own check-in procedures.

Note:
If flight details are not received at least 2 days before arrival (excluding the arrival day, e.g., for an Aug 3 arrival, details must be provided by Jul 31), we will assume you will check in to the hotel on your own and will not arrange free airport pickup. Please check in directly using the hotel information on your confirmation. We will provide your Day 2 guide's contact information for your convenience.
