Tour Cancellation charges:
The following cancellation charges shall apply for tours cancelled between:
-Over 33 days - Handling charge is $60.00/person
-23-32 days prior to departure – 50% of the total fare paid
-10-22 days prior to departure – 75% of the total fare paid
-Within 9 days prior to departure – 100% of the total fare paid

Please bring relevant travel documents (passport, alien card, visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting Canada and returning to the United States including your valid photo ID, passport, and visa. Please check with the authorities for detailed requirements.

Price and itinerary are subject to final confirmation.

Notes
Seats: We arrange the seat by the order of your pay for the tour for one day tours, while we change seats everyday for multi-day tours.

We reserve the right to alter or cancel itinerary without prior notice.

No smoking in the hotel. If you smoke in any hotel room, patio or balcony, a $350.00 Room Recovery Fee will be charged in your room account accordingly.

Each customer can bring one personal carry-on and one luggage only, $35.00 will be charged for your second luggage.

Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers, and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
